I take one in the morning and two about an hour before bed. I seem to be able to fall asleep faster and get into my REM sleep and stay there for longer periods of time without disruptions. Yes, I still get up twice a night to use the bathroom "I'm a 50 year old male", however I fall back to sleep quickly without all the tossing and turning with thoughts of dread, because I may not be able to fall back to sleep as my old cycles went. I'm an extremely spiritual man, so as I always do when life throws me some curve balls "trials, tribulations, and adversity" I go to my God in prayer and ask Him to lead me to an answer. I believe that this was an answer to my prayers to be able to get better sleep at night and waking up in the morning refreshed and focused to start a new day. I do plane on doing at least a 180 day cycle of this product and then take a break to see if I will need to keep this in my stack for good or if I'm able to come off of it after a good reboot/recalibration sleep cycle period of time?
