add a garlic clove and some sesame oil and these are f***ing brilliant. add a chunk of butter if you're not a spice head, helps tone it down.

Lovely texture of noodle but VERY spicy
Lovely texture of noodle but beware, they are VERY spicy! I've had to not add all the spice paste after my first encounter 😂 Texture is amazing though but I don't boil them for the full 5 mins as they get very soft.

Amazing flavour noodles. Hot but I made it hotter. I added jalapeno slices to it 6 of them for extra flavour. Worked a treat. So yummy.
