These gummies taste very good , if you know anything about Amino Acid powders they gotta be the worst tasting thing on this God given earth. This is the best way that I have found so far to get Essential Amino Acids, and I’ve been taking EAA’s since high school. These taste like actual fruit snacks! Highly recommend
