Pretty good!
Pretty good on first use. Used them at a loud gig at front row and seemed effective. I have had other pairs of Alpines and am happy to recommend these for my propose.

I think I'd get better protection from cheap foam ear plugs
I did my research, considered three brands but in the end my budget concious brain took over and I bought these as the reviews (online elsewhere, not here) were 'OK' When they arrived I read the instructions, carefully selected the right size and slipped them in before the support opened last night's Metallica show. I think the bands all rocked, however they sounded pretty muffled, barely any better than using foam earplugs and this morning my ears are ringing pretty much as I would expect from going 'without protection' Disapointed!

Sorgt für erholsamen Schlaf nach der Party
Auf einem Festival stundenlang direkt neben den Boxen getanzt und endlich kein Piepen, rauschen, Watte in den Ohren Gefühl mehr gehabt. Absolut empfehlenswert. Bei der letzten Party hab ich sie leider vergessen und es bitter bereut an Schlaf war nicht zu denken und der nächste Tag war echt unangenehm.
