SafeTGard Adult Athletic Supporter Without Pocket

These are kindof hard to find but they work well. The ones I received are labeled manufactured in Vietnam. I believe older ones were made in the USA or in China. But that does not affect the quality. Highly recommend.

I am a small person, my waist is 28 and when I buy Safe-T-Guard in size medium they are a little to big for me. Too much pouch and no support. I finally got a hold of Safe-T-Guard Jock size Small and what a great fit. They are good and snug fitting. They fit really well because of the 3" waistband and thick leg straps. They have great coverage, great support and look really good to. I wear these when I need really good support. The 3" band makes sure everything is held in place. These are great to wear under any pair of shorts or low rise jeans to show off the Safe-T-Guard waistband and front name tag to let everyone see what your wearing underneath.

I wasn't too crazy about wearing a supporter, they tend to be uncomfortable and make it so my sack is compressed like coal being turned into a diamond (too tight); that isn't the case here. This strap fits well, offers plenty of support but, doesn't leave the boys in awkward positions. I intend on purchasing a few more of these for every day wear, they are just as comfy as most undies and they make sure the boys aren't slammed around.

I like the wide waist band. The material is an open weave which makes it feel good on you. The pouch is also the stretch material which should hold any size of junk. For me, it's a great fit and comfortable.

The waste band is really quite large... Maybe this is the old school style of jock strap but it feels like a half girdle t me or something. It is functional however and doesn't look so bad either!

My husband has had to wear these as a support after 3 Hernia surgeries. We were not familiar with this brand but ordered it based on reviews. He ordered a large (his waist size is in the middle of stated sizes) and he was not disappointed. Quality appears to be very good and they are priced as a good value. They were packaged in a padded envelope and arrived promptly and in great condition.

The waist size is great, but I'd have to be John Holmes to fill the pouch. More importantly, after one-count-'em-one washing according to directions, the thing emerged from the specified warm dryer with numerous flimsy black strands of broken elastic hanging out of it. Now the pouch is even looser. Basically, it's a loincloth. I could have had two McDavid straps for less than the price of this one, but no, I HAD to have a red jockstrap. I DO have two wonderful McDavid straps that I bought on Amazon. They are black; I'm thinking about ordering a couple of white ones and dying them red. But Safe-T-Gard? No way!

I found it difficult to locate a Safe-T-Gard jock for long time. I've tried other brands but none seem to fit me as well as this brand. I used to wear the swimmer style 1" waistband, but still have trouble finding them so thought I would give the large band a try. Glad I did. I was afraid the large waistband would give a problem of discomfort due to width or of folding but it has not yet. Very comfortable to wear all day with just enough room where it counts to keep you supported without feeling restricting. I did notice some reviews talk about durability. That should not be a problem since I always hand wash and hang dry jocks.
