Form, function, fitness: the ultimate gym shoe, designed for all high impact cardio workouts. Reebok was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. So in the 1890s, Joseph William Foster made some of the first known running shoes with spikes in them. By 1895, he was in business making shoes by hand for top runners; and before long his fledgling company, J.W. Foster and Sons, developed an international clientele of distinguished athletes.

These are actually the first actual cardio shoe I ever bought so I have nothing to compare them with, but but they were perfect for the cardio classes I have been t a king. I wear an 8.5 and have a narrow foot. I ordered an 8.5 and they fit fine with a sport sock. They supported my feet comfortably and the turn zone was perfect.

the sneaker fits me but looks super long and big
I've been looking for a cross trainer for over supinators with flat feet, which seems to be a tall order. These do not fit the bill for many reasons: 1. Aesthetically, the sneaker fits me but looks super long and big, like a man's shoe.2. The heel cup is much narrower than most sneakers, in a very constructing way.3. The arch support is way too high, which, combined with the narrow heel, means that my feet started hurting after only a few minutes (people with flat feet usually do not need arch support).4. The drop in the heel makes it seem like my heels are going backwards a bit, which is not comfortable for me in any way.Needless to say, as soon as I put them on I knew they were the wrong shoes for me. I'd owned and loved a pair of Reebok cross trainers many years ago, but these are in no way comparable. Back they go, and in with the search!

Comfortable and good support
I like these shoes. I use them for dance fitness classes, and I only wear them during the class, so I can't answer whether they wear comfortably all day. I also wear orthotic inserts, so I have removed the manufacturer's insole and added my own. The shoes offer a great deal of support for me, as I do a lot of jumping, turning, sliding, etc.. The fit is comfortable, I don't feel like my feet are sliding around inside the shoe. The only problem I have with them is that my heel doesn't stay securely in the shoe. My heel slides up and down as I move. The shoes have never come off in the middle of class, but I am worried that there will be excessive wear in the area and that part of the shoe will wear out much more quickly than the rest of the shoe.

Highly recommended for Zumba
I'm a Zumba Instructor, and I love these shoes. I use to suffer from Plantar fasciitis , these shoes are awesome. I always change the insoles, I buy memory foam insoles . The shoes offer the support for the high impact and at the same time it's great for pivoting movements. A great combo dance and impact.

I don't like that the innersole is not glued to the shoe
Most uncomfortable and HEAVY shoe for exercising or wearing more than a couple hours. I don't like that the innersole is not glued to the shoe, it is separated and lifts out of the shoe. All other Reebok shoes I have are comfortable and fit well EXCEPT this one !

These are by far my favorite fitness shoe
These are by far my favorite fitness shoe! They offer excellent arch and lateral support. High impact exercises are not an issue with these shoes! The pivot point is fantastic for turns. This is my second pair of Cardio Ultras. My first pair were a size 7 and always felt big, so this time I ordered a half size down (6.5) and they fit perfect! I would highly recommend these shoes for anyone doing high impact, lateral, and pivot moves. I wear these for Oula (dance fitness), Tabata, HIIT, and RIPPED.

I like the turnstep
I like the turnstep, I do. The shoe is either too narrow or something, it digs into the mid part of my foot and ends up being painful to wear.
