The Everything Kids' Giant Book of Jokes, Riddles, and Brain Teasers (Everything® Kids Series)

I made the mistake of buying this for my son. From the moment he got it, I have not had peace. The jokes are easy to ready and funny to kids, for adults, they are groaners. (Well some were funny to adults as well) My son loves this book, and can barely get through a joke without laughing. I gave this 5 stars because it was a great gift for my son... Not so much to me. (Pretend it is a drum set and buy for a relative)

It was okay, not my favorite or my daughters. She couldn’t seem to get into this activity book. It definitely has a variety of different activities & if your looking to just keep your child busy on a rainy day than this would be a good option. If you have more than one child you can even make copies of the different activities in the book.

I'm giving this 5 stars because it is everything it claims to be. But my son got two joke books at Christmas: this and "Laugh out Loud Jokes for Kids" by Rob Elliott. At 7 years old, my son likes this book, but prefers Elliott's book to this one because this one contains a lot of things he doesn't understand. In a year or two, he'll likely prefer this one, as it has much more content and far more variety, but if you're considering which of these to buy, perhaps a 9-10 year-old would prefer this, but a 7 or 8 year-old might prefer something a little simpler.

My ten year old grandson loves this book! He has always enjoyed knock-knock jokes, simple jokes as a small child. He has matured into tricks and riddles, loving to stump one of the adults in his life, as well as his friends. This is a great purchase for any kid who likes jokes, riddles and the like.

Bought this for my niece who is in middle school. I wanted something that would make her chuckle, and keep her entertained. Her parents can buy her the electronics, and I buy her the things that I loved as a kid. Hoping that she will enjoy it as much as I did.

I gave this to my 10 year old nephew as a gift and he loved it! He was so excited to "have some new material" as he put it and immediately started reading jokes. This is also a kid who does not like to read so this book has been a win-win!

Some of the jokes were quite repetitive. Hundred and hundreds of "knock knock" jokes. But some of the brain teasers and riddles are ok. There are better and smarter kids jokes books out there.

We went camping with 3 kids under age of 10. This book saved them from being completely bored. They hardly put it down! They didn't want anything to do with the not scary but was supposed to be scary book. Lol

This book is ideal bed time reading for my 9 year old son, he can read the jokes and riddles or complete the brain teasers if he wants to work his brain a bit.
