Work well with our Alexa. I have about ten of them operating fans and lights. Great for Christmas lights. I can tell Alexa to turn the lights on or off (in and out) from my sofa. I'm lazy. Con: when the power goes out or in a thunderstorm it's a hassle resetting them IF you have to. Not all go out.

Perfect smart plug! I set this up to remotely control a device and it works great. I especially appreciate the delay options on SmartBot scenes, allowing me to time out the cycling on/off. Also, accommodating 15A is a real bonus.

Smart plug mini is super easy to use. SwitchBot app is also extremely easy to customize and products are a great value.

This set contains the W1901400 that could be flashed with Tasmota using SwitchbOTA. I've already ordered several 4-packs, and I would continue buying/recommending this as long as it is not too difficult to install Tasmota/ESPHome. The process is fairly straightforward, but some technical knowledge is required. The SwitchBot app and a SwitchBot account are required only for the initial setup. The set I ordered on 3/29/2026 came with firmware 1.8 that wanted to be updated to 2.7, which made it very easy to reflash.

These work as advertise and associated app is good, but the units start to die after a couple years of use. Bought another set because i did not want to download another vendor's app and so far these plugs are doing ok.

They are not fully compatible as the listing states with third-party such as Alexa. They will switch on and off via Alexa, but they will not share data on energy monitoring.

Works well and as expected. I have several types of SwitchBot devices and all perform extremely well

I have been using these plugs for a few years now. I would not use on a critical load like a refrigerator. They are accuurate. The data logging is minimal, but good for what I use them for. For data logging and critical loads use Emporia. Lights, fans ectc Switchbot are fine. Sometime they are hard to to turn on and off. Have to get closer to some of them. Not sure of why that is. It has to do with the location I have tried another plug and had the same result. I would give five stars I bought four plugs and connected them when I bought them. So they would be ready to go when needed. One of the plugs wouldn't show up and I couldn't reconnect it like you do when you first set up. I have alot switchbot plugs, tempsensors and some other products. This was a first. I reached out to customer service which has always been great in the past. Especially when I first started using Swwitchbot. It was a bad experience and I left a bad review. Swithbot reachout because of the reciew and sent a replacement and made it right.

I ordered these in error as I wanted the Apple Home compatible plugs. HOWEVER, I have a Switchbot Hub 3 therefore I can use these with Siri by using the shortcuts app. Easy peasy and very inexpensive. Love them.

No hub required for 1 device to turn on/off the switch plug. FCC label and multilingual manual. Cost effective and efficient. Also has an automatic switch off when plugged equipment is turned off such as a contact lamp that always has a current running even when off
