Great budget-friendly laptop!
A nice budget-friendly laptop that it is convenient for people who work from home and students. I am someone who is not tech-savvy, so I researched what kinda of laptop I needed to work remotely and for simple tasks, I read that the AMD Ryzen 5 processor is good for multi-tasking, so that your laptop does not lag and so far, it has performed really well. It is lightweight to carry it easily anywhere you want to and the size is not too big and not too small. The touchscreen feature is a bonus and I like it that it runs very smoothly.

Great value for basic use.
I purchased this lap top to be used for nothing more that doing simply spread sheets for my Rental business, nothing more and nothing less. With that in mind, this lap top fits the bill at great price.Set up was relatively easy. The unit is thin and light weight. I doubt that it could take much abuse but then it isn't going anywhere but my desk.The only complaint I have is that the key board, being light grey with white lettering, produces unnecessary strain on the eyes.I just set it up so I cannot comment on the battery life, but then it's not like I will be gaming on this thing so it makes little difference to me.All in all, if all you need is a lap top for the basics, this beauty will fill the bill at a great price.

Good price, but I’m not happy with the screen quality
This is the third HP laptop that I’ve owned. I got 3 to 4 good years of use out of the first two machines. The price was right on this one and it has been quite functional so far. However, I am disappointed in the screen quality, and I miss not having a backlight keyboard. The screen colors are washed out and the contrast is poor compared to my previous HP.

The screen quality on this was terrible. No matter what I did to reset and adjust the settings, the color and contrast was very skewed. It also was worse if you weren't looking from the exact angle. This made it unusable for my purposes
