This is not your average bathroom scale — it’s a high-tech smart scale, and like any advanced device, it does require some learning. I’ll admit, at first we were a bit confused because we didn’t fully read the instructions. But once we properly connected it to the app and had it set up, everything started working perfectly. I like how it points out exactly which metrics of my body need the most attention. The data is pretty easy to read and I compared the data to our gym scale (much more advanced scale) and it turned out to be pretty accurate and on point. The app is a must! It shows all the detailed body metrics — not just weight — like body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, hydration, and more. If you skip the app, you won’t be able to read all the other data except for weight and a couple more. I wouldn’t recommend this scale if you want to track ONLY your weight. One of my favorite features is the large surface. It makes it super easy to stand on, especially for my dad and brother who are both tall and big guys. And lastly, a little hustle—in order to have your data synced to Apple Health, you must actually go to your Apple Health App and authorize the scale App, otherwise the data won’t sync because Apple Health doesn’t recognize the scale App. Overall, this scale is amazing value for money. Just remember — it’s smart, so treat it like smart tech. Learn it, use the app, and you’ll absolutely love it!

I am 100% satisfied! Tech support is awesome and this product helps me save money. It's very easy to use and bluetooth connectivity is flawless. TIP: Although this is a high quality scale which provides close accuracy with my walk-in body scan provider, be sure to take the time to Google the body "composition analysis parameters" to fully understand what the Measurement Reports that are sent to your phone. Highly recommended!!! This product has made my life so easy. It is like you have your private lab at home, of course you shouldn’t expect it to be as accurate as a lab report, but it gives you a pretty close to actual idea. App works great and allows you to choose the unit of your choice (lb or kg). I wish they had navy blue color but black is great too. Results are fast, almost 30 seconds and you have it all. My most fav part was to figure out how much fat is in my body and in which parts. The scale quality is great and pretty comfortable to stand. So overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This scale is not consistent. My body metrics vary 5% with each scan and weight measurement. They can be minutes apart with wild differences. I really didn’t care if it was accurate as much as consistent to measure change. It is worthless by all measures. I would sell this to anyone in good conscience. I gave it two stars because it seems sturdy and durable.

I had my doubts after having 3 other smart scales, still have the first, (it provides limited data, but still works) second broke, and the 3rd we returned as it was just terrible. Didn’t have high hopes for this one. It connected to WiFi and blue tooth without issues. The app works, a lot quirky but usable. Multiple users is a problem, we tried several things to get it work properly, such as creating multiple accounts, and multiple users under one account. Sometimes it wouldn’t let a user delete data. To measure, open the app, select the right user, click the blue +, then step on the scale — I think that is the proper workflow. Even then the handle reports the user as a guest, not the selected user in the app. But syncs with it ok. Measurements seem on par with what I expected. Seems well built, and it’s heavier and slightly larger than the others we had. The large footpads make positioning yourself on the scale easier than some of the others. Hope it lasts. Knocked off a few stars because of the app and hours we spent fiddling with it.
