Better that factory
This unit works perfect in my C300 2011 model. Easy install. Even the steering wheel and the center console buttons work. The back up camera works better than a factory one.

Not an easy install due to the cars space, but well worth the work
Great head unit, works awesome in my 2011 C300!

Great value and sounds better then the factory stereo
It was a perfect fit for the C300. It is much louder than the factory stereo and somehow produces more bass! The android OS doesn't seem to allow the use of Apple maps even using Apple Auto unless you use the physical cable and screen mirroring. The GOOD: Great fit. Good sound. Fantastic connectability options for adding an external amp. Includes all the cables you'll need. The BAD: No Apple Maps unless you plug your phone into the USB and use screen mirroring. The UGLY: It's a PITA to get the wiring to fit. 2 extra inches of wiring would have been fantastic to allow you to stuff the massive wires/connectors into an available pocket under the cooling system/CD player control unit. Notes: Remove the vent first by prying off the vent trim and removing the two torx screws. Then remove the screen from the top and unplug the two cables that will not be reconnected. Remove the two torx screws from the lower unit with the CD changer & AC controls then pop up the tabs on the top left & right of the unit and pull it out. Unplug the factory harness and remove it. Plug in the wiring harnesses and wiring adapters included with the kit to the lower unit and the car wiring. Carefully stuff it all back in and reverse the process making sure to run the new wiring between the two vents up to the new stereo unit. Good luck with stuffing the wiring in. It's bulky and takes a lot on trial and error and even some harsh language to get it all back in. Like I said earlier, 2 extra inches of wiring on the fat factory plug harness adapter would have made this much easier to install. Reverse the disassembly process and use the correct screws for the top and bottom units... They're DIFFERENT!

Pretty good head unit, take your time with the install
The wiring harness provided with the unit needs to be carefully checked for compatibility with your wiring in the van. There are 4 connectors on the harness, one obviously goes to the head unit. Of the other 3 for interface to the van harness, one is unique but there are 2 connectors which are wired completely differently without guidance in the manual which to use - and using the wrong one causes problems. So the most important step is to trace pin to pin from the diagram of the new head unit's connector to the pins connecting to the van. In addition, I found that the switched 12v signal from the van was NOT wired into the harness, and this is the trip signal which brings the unit to life, so I had to make a minor change to the harness to get things to work (I have attached a diagram to explain this). Once I have that figured out I cut out the 2 unused connectors and taped off the ends at the splices simply to clean up the result. I also had to do some cutting / trimming at of the mounting points so it properly matched my dash - easy to do with some side cutters if careful. One more item not described in the manual - there is a lead from the "protocol converter" (device which translate canbus info to the head unit) which has 2 leads on it for splicing if required. In my case my canbus connections came from the harness plug and it was a matter of unplugging the leads and connecting those to another plug in the harness - pretty obvious given the same plug type and wire colors. There were a few quirks in getting all the apps started up and signed into my accounts, but that generally went smoothly. This is not a high end unit, as such apps can be a touch slow to start up. Power output of the head end is adequate, but that is an end user judgement, some may want more - in which case the RCA interfaces to a remote amp and upgraded speakers would be recommended. All in all, once I got the interface harness sorted the unit works properly and I am satisfied with the result, especially considering it cost less than $200 to get rid of the quirky stock unit and end up with a good looking touch screen system. I fought whether I should ding this for 2 stars instead of one due to the poor instructions regarding the harness - so lets call it a 4 star review so long as you take your time and realize you MUST verify the point to point in the harness prior to proceeding. It is not simply a plug and play. My stock system was an Audio 15, yours may differ so don't assume my diagram is correct for your application.

Works, pain to install.
Unit functions as it should, installing was a real pain (I’m a shop owner). The harness isn’t long enough for the factory head unit to slide back into place on a C300.
