Maybe my expectations were to high based on past reviews of this item. I purchased this for a long car ride for a spring break vacation with our kids. I have some back & neck problems, so I knew i would need some neck support. I did find that the item was nicely made. However, once I actually used it on the ride it was very small. I guess I should have checked the measurements better before purchasing. It didn't feel comfortable at all for an adult. It was awkward trying to move it to try and get it right. Once I got one side right the other side was wrong. It was too big of a battle to even use. I'm not a large person! I'm 5' 6" & 130 lbs.I wouldn't recommend this for an adult or someone looking for a very supportive neck pillow. I think this would be a great item for a child on a trip although mine didn't use it on the ride. So I cannot say how they did or did not like it.

I thought the material was going to be thicker. But it's really thin, and sometimes when I squeeze it to attach it to my luggage, I am afraid it's going to break.

Necessary while sleeping in recliner after heart by-pass surgery. I could not have gotten comfortable without it.

I bought two of them and the first one busted open the first day I used it and made a mess. I thought I was too rough. so i used the other one and it busted as well. I'm not happy about that.

Could not have done without it on my trip !!

Cheap it ripped as soon as I took it out of the box Little beads everywhere. Don't waste your money. You are better off spending a few more bucks for a nicer one.

Works well and shipped very fast. Would highly recommend!

It fell apart and less than 1 week or it was defective.
