I need flat colours with NO shine to them, which one can i choose?

I think all of these shadows are shimmery. Search for matte eyeshadows. Matte eyeshadow has no shine.

Is this product cruelty free

They sell their products in China, where animal testing is mandatory for foreign cosmetics. Because of this, Maybelline isn't a cruelty-free brand.
