Other than that it does what it is made to do, and I travel with it every day since I have to take the train to work and it does just fine. It has kept its shape perfectly, it keeps stuff cool (not cold, that's what ice-packs are for, I also have a fridge at work/this may be a different review if I didn't have access to a fridge) and I can fit everything I need for lunch in it other than water bottles which isn't a big deal.
