Can you tell me what strength % the salicylic acid is please.

Isn't 2% extremely low ? Most 'natural ingredient' toners/ cleansers etc have about 4% but this is labelled double strength. Confused....can anyone clarify

After putting this on in the morning, can you apply makeup over it?

DO NOT PUT MAKE UP ON TOP OF THIS! it forms are layer on ur skin that is visible. It will dry but after like 2 hours. I generally have to wash it off to get rid of it to actually apply my moisturizer...
