BattRE Electric Cycle. 250 Watt Motor, 36 v Lithium Battery, Steel Frame, Front Suspension, 21 Gears, F/R Disc Brakes, Multicolour

I have been using this for 15 days.I travel to office daily around 8 kilometers by this e-cycle.It feels nice when people see u and ask how is it. In signals u go swiftly between cars and bikes. The battery provided has enough power to push around 20deg inclination. I can easily climb the flyovers. hilly roads more then 30deg may need u to paddle in 3rd(front) and 2nd(back) gear.

edited (24/09/2020):i have ordered newton from battre towards the end of june. they offered to upgrade it to montra. after i agreed they sent the cycle through safexpress. i received it around 16th July. lockdown was still going on in West Bengal at that time; so, it took me 3-4 days to reassemble the cycle. reassembling requires allen screw driver; so, if its available with the local cycle shop; reassembling is not much of a problem. while confirming the order and upgrading it to montra, they also enquired about the required accessories. i told them that i'd require front and back light, mud guard and horn. all these accessories were provided by them as complimentary service, free of cost.after i took it out, i was not happy at all with the product. the speedometer was E 007 error; the speed was very slow. even cycle rickshaws were going ahead of me. so, i considered about shutting down the motor and starting pedalling myself. however, before i do that, the speedometer suddenly started flashing 35 km/hour speed and te motor stopped working on it's own. on rebooting the speedometer, i found that the speedometer is now showing E 010 error and the motor is not working at all. feeling disappointed with the very first day experience, i sent an email to battre informing them about my condition.they contacted immediately and asked me to check certain parts - controller, speedometer. after that they sent the parts for repairing. none of that worked unfortunately. so, they arranged for the pick up of the cycle; identified the problem, repaired it and sent it back. presently, i am running it for a week approximately. the whole experience has changed quite a bit.my observations could be summarised as :-1) the strongest point about battre is its customer care service. i am very satisfied about the customer care service they have rendered. if they could continue to provide this kind of after sales service, i'll be one happy customer.2) Battery is 13Ah Lithium ion and the controller is a compact one. it is promising to give a range of 40-60 km. i have taken it for 40 kms and still have not recharged. however, in case of congested traffics, i pedal it myself and shut down the motor.3)The motor is sealed Brass Less DC (BLDC) motor; it is now working in a smooth manner.4)suspension is available in the front.5) 21 speed gear system (Shimano) is available. however, the rear gear is a bit hard. no such problem with the front one.6)Auto disconnect mode is available. if we break, the power supply does stop.7) The Seat of the Cycle is very small and narrow, which is very uncomfortable. it'll better to request them for a seat cover with cushion while confirming the order. i am not sure if they will provide it or not; as i did not request it myself. at that time, i had no idea that the seat will be so uncomfortable. i'll go for a seat cover separately. my local cycle shop does not have fitting seat cover at present.i just wish they do provide a better mud guard. whatever is provided does not work in Indian rainy season. however, it is true that when i search in Amazon, these are the only options i could find. it'll be better if they could make mud guards in house. other than this problem with mud guard, i am a very satisfied customer at present. i wish battre success in their future endeavour.----(original review)ordered this towards the end of June this year. was delivered around 20th July. took a ride and it stopped working on the very first day. informed the customer care; they were very helping. regularly sharing different tricks to try; however, none of them worked. it is still not working. requested for pick up and repair. this took 1.5 weeks even after they agreed for the same. the last probably had to something with their courier partner - safexpress.

I have Purchase Montra version from BattRE company. The overall performance of the Cycle is Very Very good. But I have to clear something out for the future buyers ........................ i.e. Pros and Cons are as follows :-Pros..1) the Frame of the Cycle is Aluminium Alloy -- which is as hardy as Steel Frame and more of that it becomes 5 kgs ligter than the conventional steel frame.2) the Battery is Li-on, and controller is Compact.... so it looks, sets fine.3) The motor is sealed Brass Less DC (BLDC) with Hall's Sensor function --- which is trouble less, Smooth and durable.4) the speed is 32 km on average on PAS 5 Mode. it touches 39.6 or more km/h in smooth, free of jam terran . Disc Break is most suitable.5) The cycle is good under 20 Km daily travel mode.6) MOST OF ALL :- the after sale service from BattRE company is very good. They try their hard to resolve any problem if you found in the cycle. I have faced some problem and it was resolved very sincerely.7) Review after One Year :----- the Cycle is going on trouble- less through out the year. I reach almost 40 Km/hr Speed. I reach 49 Km in just 1:35 hrs (Best performance to me in 1st year).--- it still going above 50 Km in one charge with a good speed of 32Km/Hr. It is not just good, it is AWESOME cycle !!!Cons :--1) You can not attach any Mud Guard, Bucket, Carrier, Small seat for kids etc.... It is just for single rider with NO baggage only. otherwise, you have to carry the bag in your Back. There is no space for Horn, Light etc.2) There is no suspension in back side.3) The 21 speed Gear system, which I purchased, is very Clumsy and the front gear is not sifted properly.4) The 'Auto disconnect Mode' of power supply to motor is not included with this model. So, If, one ----- Press the Break and push up the Throttle into high simultaneously----- it may result a problem in Motor-- ( It is my thinking-- and I am not an expert).5) The Seat of the Cycle is very small and narrow, which is very uncomfortable, I have to replace it.

1.never ran more than 30-32 km. Though 40-60 km is assured in throttle mode.2. Jammed fork.3. Only 8-9 months and battery power started decreasing....now running 25-28 km in full charge.

Very good product help to health and economical.Riding this cycle past 3 days above 100 Kms very nice to ride. Gives upto 64 km range in Pas mode.Kross is not available while I order. Battre team well support and arrange many cycles to choose. I choose hero howler it's too nice.Power on button need a kind of lock to prevent from naughty kids.

Bad delivery product arrived in scrach condition no manual is given .but manufacturer is very prompt for after sale service but still disappointed with the entire experience
