First I'd like to say that I did receive these for free in return for an honest review. My first impression was that the packaging was appealing. After charging them for an hour or so, the pairing process was simple and quick.Regarding the sound quality, it's a lot better than I expected. It has decent sounding highs and lows and no cracking or disconnecting when I walk a sizable distance away from my phone. At the gym, they stayed in the entire time, running included, which says a lot since I have really small ears.During calls, according to other people, they could hear me fine as long as I wasn't whispering and I could hear them.They died after almost 8 1/2 hours of nonstop use (little talking, mostly music). All around, this headset is probably the best pair I own (compared to Gear IconX 2018, Beats & LG HBS-750 & 900) and I'd willingly buy them again.Update: It's been like 4 months and they still work as good as when I first got them. After using them this long I've realized that the female talking voice is very loud. When I turn them on and off I have to make sure they aren't in my ears. And when the battery is low, the alert scares me every time. Other than that, no complaints.Update #2: After about 7 months total, they've started crackling and disrupting my sound. I've used them on a few different phones but it still happens, only sometimes though. Also, there's some wiring exposed, like the cords' casing pulled itself back a little on one side. But it shouldn't be related to the cracking since the wires been exposed for a couple weeks now.Update #3: It's been over a year and any issues I had before are gone now, except for the exposed wire. They work great and they still hold a charge.

These were my first pair of earbuds. The price point was outstanding and I gave them a try.I did not expect much in the sound quality, but I was surprised at how well they sounded. I toke off one star because the bass was not strong, but still enjoyable.I really liked the semi-rigid wire. There is no way these will fall off and you will never lose one like the Apple or other wireless earbuds.I have since purchased the Amazon earbuds, but they did not fit securely to my ear and I returned them as they were expensive.Then I bought the Bose which had the bass and was more secure, but still not the secure feeling of the Crave Octane. The Bose were also very expensive, over 4X the cost of the Crave. But I like them.After a while, the Crave eventually died. I'm not sure why, perhaps I left the charger on too long. I sent them in for warranty repair thanks to their excellent customer support. Instead of repairing them, I received a new one, OUTSTANDING!!!Conclusion: These are great earbuds to use when you are doing active things, like the gym. They are comfortable and stay in place. The sound is pretty good for the price and the company support is fantastic. I highly recommend them!!!

I mean these work and sound OK, but they're nothing special. If you work in the yard, run, or go to the gym they'd make a good throway pair. That said, there are better cheap buds like the the Sony WI-XB400 and the Sony's (right now) are a few bucks cheaper.

these headphones are not working too well for me right now.it stutters from time to time even when i am closed to my bluetooth connection.the comfort is also a problem because the earplugs does not feel comfortable enough in the ears.the sound is amazing though and the battery seems durable too but alas the stuttering is making me have second thoughts about this product.i cant recommend this product to anyone in good conscience

Kinda meh.. Not great- good though.. They fit weird, pop out of one ear or the other..Update: Although I had issues with the headset, customer service did a great job reaching out to me and educating me a bit more on the product. They were awesome about resolving my issue..

Makes it easy for me to move around with out having any cords tugging at my hair or neck. Makes it easy for me to walk around the house or clean the backyard with out having to worry about my phone falling out due to it being connected to the headphones. They are comfortable and easy to use. They are pretty loud and cancel out the background noise pretty well.

The sound is great, the bass was a nice surprise. Comes with 3 sizes ear buds, fits comfortably and doors not fall off of you, should one pop out. The placement of the control buttons on the left side is different, and the way the volume the buttons are placed was a little difficult to adjust to would be the only (small) issue. I would definitely recommend, especially at this price point:)

I use these with my laptop for doing my cardio videos or just watching videos when I don't want to be tethered by a cord. It's also great to use when I'm out walking and just pair it to my iPhone to listen to cardio music. I love that the earbuds stay put and I never have to worry about them sliding out, or catching cords on anything like I do with my other earbuds.
