These vs. cheapy compression socks
I discovered compression socks after a destination wedding in Jamaica where all of the bridesmaids and I had suffered from feet swollen so badly that we walked down the aisle barefoot (in the Catholic church). My aunt told me about compression socks and I bought a cheapy pair from Walmart. They've been my go-to hosewear for air travel ever since.I can see now why it pays to get quality items. They are difficult to put on, but it's like putting on a pair of tights where you have to bunch up the entire sock so that only the toe is showing, put your foot in so that only your toes are covered, then slowly cover the ball of your foot, the arch, your heel, your ankle and the rest of your leg in succession. This is the only way to wear compression socks. This particular pair of compression socks hits all the right places, especially my calves and behind my ankle. Having sciatica and tendonitis of the ankle, compression in these specific parts are critical. My cheapy pair held my calf firm but not nearly as much as these do and not the back of my ankle at all. I've had a pain about the size of a 4" diameter disk right below my knee for months, and the pain is lessening with these socks. My only question is will they loosen in elasticity with wash and wear over time? They are too expensive to buy 7 pairs (one for each day) so I'm having to wear them two or three times before washing. Yuck, I know, but they work so well.

Comfortable compression socks
I just got these SUBOK compression socks. They come in a good package and the size fits me. I am a male wearing a 9 size shoe. These are very comfortable socks and easy to put on. I went back a few days later and bought another pair. feel soft when I wearing them on.

Feel So Good!
Fortunately, I don't have any severe problems with circulation in my legs but I do get a little swelling if I'm on my feet a lot through the day. These compression socks help a lot with that as well as general energy and comfort in my legs. It's very noticeable when I'm wearing them! These appear to be made well, with firm elastic and size. I have the large/EX large size, which I shouldn't by my size 7 1/2-8 woman's foot and slim calf, but they feel good and are still tight. There's a lot of extra length in the toe and they are 5-6 inches above my knee. I'm 5' 5" tall with an average, size 12 build. This all understood, these feel really good and stay up and in place. They could be smaller for me but work. I can understand how a larger person would have a difficult time putting them on, but it's supposed to be to be effective. As a retired nurse, I have helped many to put them on, as well as members of my family and myself, after surgeries.Good socks on initial impression. If anything changes, I'll edit my review.

For my compression-socks-wearing compadres
For the record, I've never worn compression socks or knew anything about them until I came across this pair. I've struggled with shin splints in early childhood playing soccer on a daily basis, and later, volleyball in high school. I can't get into a jogging routine outdoors - can do treadmill. Lastly, I play singles tennis 4 times a week, so I definitely have use for compression socks, and these do the job nicely. I wish I knew about them as soon as I picked up sports, but as the saying goes, better late than pregnant. And, by the way, there has been complaints about the difficulty of putting these on. It's all in the technique. These long socks cannot be put on like normal socks. You have to roll them until there is space for just the toes. Then after you put your toes in, you slowly roll up (unroll) the rest. Good luck my compression-socks-wearing compadres!

High-Quality Compression Socks - You Can Actually Feel the Difference
I have tried compression socks over and over more times than I can count only to be disappointed. The were more like supportive socks and offered no true compression. These were very different, actually offering compression (even if no as much as I need at times). When it comes to compression socks I've realized you do get what you pay for. The price may seem high but it's actually quite competitive when compared to other high-quality compression socks. It is hard to get them on at first but that is par for the course for any high-quality compression socks. These socks give you support in all of the right places and have "give" where you want them to. These also help with ankle compression, which I've found hard to find in compression socks at lower price points. I can definitely feel the difference in the relief I get from these and the relief I get from my "budget" pairs. I haven't had them very long so can't comment on longevity and continued compression without stretching out, but I will definitely update my review if they begin to fail in the future.

Gresat customer service!
Updated December, 2018: This company's customer service department is great! They must have read my review below and took it upon themselves to issue a refund. I appreciate their good service and now recommend them to anyone looking for this product! We ordered these to arrive the day before our trip. We opened them up the morning of our departure and got one sock on...PERFECT! The second sock had a hole about the size of a silver dollar on the ankle!!! Too late to return them and we needed them so we took them anyway and trashed them after the flights. Just a suggestion that IF you order them, check them out a few days before you go!!! I would order them again but allow more time for an inspection. As is, I feel entitled to a partial refund...like 50%!

Not a fan!
Not a fan of these socks. The material is very itchy and not soft at all! Will probably never wear these
