I'm glad I read another reviewers take on this bulb and ordered the one made in Poland. I bought this for my old Ott light and it has made it like brand new. The light is perfect. And I didn't have to buy something made in China. Bonus.

Good value. Complements to the Seller
This Phillips bulb is an replacement bulb for my standing Ottlite. This is at 5000 kelvins and provides a good light for reading. 6500 kelvins would be a better choice for painting and would cost significantly more. The light was a bit shorter than the previous bulb, making it easier to install. I'm happy with my choice and this was not a Prime purchase. The bulb arrived well ahead of the promised time and was packaged with care. 5stars for the seller.

Good bulb for my lamp
This bulb was a cost effective option for my lamp. This lamp stays on constantly and the bulb has performed well. Doesn't get too hot.

Received BulbCanada Philips Light 2 months ago and used it a few times. In June, it just shut down after about 2 minutes, had a nap then resurrected itself for another minute then shut down for at least a 5 minute respite until flickering on once more only to go back to sleep indefinitely. Turned it on another day, same pattern: on/off repeated 2x then off for good! Paid $4.00 plus $10.00 shipping for a very, very suspect light product. Contacted BulbCanada and they simply issued policy statement that the warranty had run out after 30 days! See below: Good day! We deeply apologize to hear on what happened to the bulb. As much as we would want to accommodate for this concern but this order is already out of warranty. Please be informed that we only have 30 days warranty for all bulbs. Sincerely yours, Customer Service Hmm...not impressed with their customer service! Unfortunately, I am once again, in need of a quality desk light bulb! Suggestions welcome! Not BulbCanada, please!
