Great product. It’s been 4 months or so since install and it’s working perfectly. Two showers+laundry+ 2 sinks running all at same time and keeps it at the temperature all day long. It heats up 75°F to 120°F in roughly 5-7secs. Super fast. Propane is really expensive here at Hawaii. This’ll save us a lot of money.One small thing is the installation instructions aren’t that great. And it didn’t come with the top bolt/screw thing it tells you to use to hook it on first. Just wall screws and anchor. Ended up not using it. Just bolted it to a 2x4 I installed on the wall. Much easier and more sturdy like this.Other than that installation is straight forward.

Surprised. It works great in our 2-person home. It is reliable and isn't overly complicated. I had purchased a $1000 unit from Lowe's and it was so complicated, if you sneezed near it during installation, it would throw an error code. This one is less than half that price and is plug-and-play. It effortlessly supplies hot water to laundry/dishwasher and to someone in the shower simultaneously without issue. I own rentals and have purchased 4 of them now and will buy a 5th.

The media could not be loaded. 2nd edit!—— it’s been almost a year and want to say through the winter I was almost certain it was going to be broken with the water frozen even inside the house, we had issues with the gas company (propane) blot being able to come fill so we went without heat off and on all winter, we ended up just filling a 100lb cylinder every 2 days 😳 it was expensive. But during the times we didn’t have heat and inside froze my fridge broke, (water and ice don’t work) all shut offs busted when we got heat and water thawed. But the shut offs to this didn’t! And it didn’t break! We’re still going strong and still working properly 🙌🏻Editing to update, it’s now been about 3 months and I love this so much! Bills went down about 100$ and it’s just perfect!I got this about 3/4 weeks ago it’s been installed 3 weeks or so. My dad installed and I was helping. It was easy to install and hook up. The packaging comes with everything basically, you need to hook up. I’m pretty sure we had to buy the shut offs. But either way it’s cheap and works great. I have 5 kids almost 6-11 years old plus 3 adults. So far no problems with it heating and keeping temperatures. It’s quiet and definitely space saving!!! So now I can use the bathroom closet instead of having a big tank taking up all the space. This is the propane not natural gas. Sorry for the long video review but wanted to let people to know some details cause I was hesitant my own self after reading some of the reviews. Questions for will it work or not work cause I was told by Lowe’s a few years ago I need a 9-11gpm for the people I have in household. It’s actually by faucets and the rating they have and how many you have and want running at the same time. So I bought all my fancy faucets (waterfall, rain shower head) etc from Amazon as well and they do take a good bit of water output so I just checked the output and f it, let’s give this a try. My main concerns was the reviews like “I got propane but it won’t work it’s only for natural gas” or “it leaks upon installation or after a few days” I’ve had it for almost 3 weeks and it’s been good to us no leaks nothing. I’d definitely recommend this tankless heater

The price was to good to be true. Purchased last spring. In the spring it cant get the water hot enough and the summer it over heats… taking a shower in the summer months you can turn up the cold water, but the water heater keeps getting hotter until it turns itself off. Water temp is set to the lowest currently (july).

The media could not be loaded. When we first received the unit we put it up and it had a small leak. When turning the knob where it was leaking it was broken and that is why the leak. I called the company and the person that answered the phone was very laksadaisy and said I would get a part. I sent pictures in an email on what I needed but they claimed they didn’t get. They didn’t ask for my address I had to ask them if they wanted it. I was totally unsure if I was going to get the part. About a week went by and I never received an email with tracking so I called again. Then I was told a different story wanted more info etc. then I never heard from them again so I called Amazon to return item which i didn’t want to do because of pipes etc we would have to re do plumbing for a new one. But since I didn’t have hot water I ordered another different one because I couldn’t get the same one. We took this one down and packaged back up. The day the new heater came I also received the part I needed to fix this one. No notifications nothing just the part showed up. So I unpacked it and had it put back up replaced the part and sent the other back. It worked great for what we need. It is actually I. Our garage we were redoing our bathroom so we made a makeshift shower in garage. Now it will just be used for sink in garage.
