Dyson V8 Advanced Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, 130 AW, up to 40 min runtime, De-tangling Motorbar, removes Pet hair, cordless handheld

I’ve been using this Dyson V8 Advanced for a while now and I’m very happy with it. It’s lightweight, easy to carry around the house, and being wall-mounted means it’s always charged and ready to use. I mainly use it on hard floors, but it also does a good job on rugs and carpets. The suction is strong enough for everyday cleaning, picking up dust, crumbs, pet hair, and other bits without any problems. The battery lasts long enough to clean several rooms on the standard setting, and I only use Max mode for tougher jobs as it drains the battery more quickly. Emptying the bin is straightforward, and changing the attachments only takes a few seconds. The only small downside is that the dust bin isn’t very large, so it needs emptying if you’re doing a full house clean. Overall, it’s a reliable vacuum that’s convenient to use and makes quick cleaning much easier. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a good cordless vacuum.

This replaces my still working 15 year old Henry (I don't expect this to live as long 🤣). Suction wise it is sooo much better. Could not believe what it got out of my carpets - completely shocked 🤯 I love how easy it is just to grab and use - I'm hoovering so much more because it's so convenient. No plugging in and lugging it upstairs. I love how compactly and neatly it stores on the wall with all it's extra bits too. Those interchangeable heads are great for cleaning the car. There are 3 girls in my home and the Dyson sucks up so much hair and it doesn't clog the brush head - it genuinely achieves it's claims! The low suction is perfect for my hard floors and I just use the max suction for carpets. I can manage one floor on one charge but I never hoover the whole house in one go anyway so it suits me fine. It is lightweight for a cordless but can become heavy when doing the stairs I find but significantly lighter than carrying a corded hoover up and down.

The suction in this is fantastic, thought it was going to rip the carpet up on first use. Easy to manoeuvre; gets up the sofa and in corners and because the suction is so strong it gets the very corners without being in direct contact. Fits under the sofa with ease. Good battery power. The only thing I don’t like is having to hold the button down the whole time using, as after a while my hand aches.

I have given 4-star feedback as Dyson V8 Advanced has some pros and cons. Pros: -Excellent suction for carpets and rugs on Max mode. I have two cats, and any single hair I did not see after vacuuming (on Max). Regular mode performance is ok but Max mode works great! -Attach/detachment with one click is super easy and practical. -Cleaning dust container is easy with one click. -No hair tangle (because of the special design of the brush less main head) which is something super for me -Light weight without cord Cons: -It is almost impossible to vacuum hard floor with main head. I used small head (with brush) for floor and the stairs (covered with carpet), but the performance was not good even on Max mode. It did not suck cat food pieces, for example. -It is discharged in 7 minutes on Max mode, and it is difficult to vacuum the whole house in one shot. You can use around around 40 minutes on regular mode, but I prefer max mode as it vacuums perfectly. -Charging time from empty to full is 5 hours, and it is too long. You wait for 5 hours, and can use only 7 minutes for a high performance! Not something good!

Have purchased dyson stick vacuums for many years now. They used to be expensive, but offers have improved over the years. They are are now ( if you look around and not desperate for the latest model ) at the price point that they have equivelance with the competition. One of our handheld dyson lasted for over 10 years before the finger trigger eventually gave up. Assembly is as easy as can be, plug and play , clunk click and ready to use. Charge time is approx 90 minutes from flat, run time is probably up to 45 minutes, but as I have never used the device for that length of time in a single use, difficult to be more accurate. Suction is as good as any device for the size and price. Has two power settings, one is a boost, and that is very effective, but will drain power rapidly Sturdiness is reasonable for a device that is essentially reinforced plastic. It is not designed for commercial use, and one should treat with care. The dust container feels reasonably resilient, but I imagine a drop on to a hard floor will destroy it, and dyson parts are not cheap. All the dyson devices in my possession have lasted several years, so worth the extra few pounds ( at the right price ) The V8 are very good machines, even though they are not the latest model. They are also good if you have dogs and lots of dog hair to deal with

Sleek, lightweight, modern, its Dyson! Easy to assemble, easy to use, easy to empty, easy to clean. Hi speed and by the way it 'hoover's' superbly. Versatile and good battery life. What's not to like??

I use this on a hard floor to collect dust and animal hair mainly. Very powerful and lightweight enough to get round the house in good time. The battery life is just long enough to do my home. A regular 3 bed house. Made to a high standard and easy to fix to a wall. Battery charger time is good after a couple of hours. Highly recommend

A little expensive but well made and very efficient.

J'ai acheté ce produit en France mais je l'ai reçu avec un chargeur électrique de type B (amérique) donc inutilisable à l'arrivée. Comment obtenir un chargeur adapté à la France sans avoir à se payer en plus un adaptateur ?

لا تحتاج الى تقيم نهائيا ابدا ما شاء الله من افضل مكانس اللاسلكية في سوق و تكاد تغنيك عن مكانس كبيرة على قوة ادائها و خفتها حتى الاغلب يعلق على بطارية بس اذا شابكها على شاحن دائما تكفي بيت كله و ترجعها على قاعة شحن حتلقاها مشحونة دائم عند حاجة و اخذتها بعرض رائع جدا تستحق شراء

The Tyson is very practical, but I’m completely disappointed with the battery life. Anyone who needs to vacuum several rooms will have to charge the Tyson at least twice, which is not very practical.
