TheraBand Mini Ball
This is a neat little ball for strengthening inner & outer thighs....but I'm not thrilled with the way to fill it (blow through a straw) and then to seal it, you need three hands...by the time you get enough air in it & are able to get the plug in it, you've lost a lot of the air...lol, will look for a better one later but for now, I deal with it

Great product and price
This works very well with my yoga. I keep it deflated in my yoga bag and if instructor calls for one I just inflate it at that time. It only takes seconds and I don't have a problem with the straw that it comes with to inflate to ball.

comes with a spare plug!
Just what I expected. Good size. I like the texture. I got it to replace a similarly sized ball after its plug broke off. This one comes with an extra plug, which is great. Lots of exercises with this size ball. Good price too.
