Small Pet Select 2nd Cutting Perfect Blend Timothy Hay Pet Food, 30.5kg

I’m really happy with the quality of this Timothy hay! It looked and smelled fresh as soon as I opened the box, and there were lots of nice long pieces rather than a bunch of tiny, broken-up hay. My rabbits were interested in it right away and have been eating it really well. I especially like the 2nd cutting because it has a nice mix of softer leafy pieces and stems. The box is also really convenient for keeping the hay contained and makes it easy to grab what I need at feeding time. Overall, my rabbits really enjoy it and I’m very happy with the freshness and quality. I would definitely get this again!

Fresh, green hay in a convenient box. I’ve tried many hay varieties over the years of owning rabbits and small animals but this is certainly some of the best hay I’ve come across. It’s fresh, long stems and very green. Rabbit has taken to it straight away. It’s easy to store and delivered quickly with tracking. Though it’s more expensive than some other hay brands out there, the quality you get is very apparent. Second cut Timothy hay is the gold standard for small pets and great for maintaining dental and gut health in rabbits. Low dust content and apparently tasty according to the resident bunny.

Just ordered our first box, so fresh and soft compared to the bags we bought of other brands. It is more leafy and green and has more "blades" that they seem to enjoy as they pick through the blades available. There is more edible hay in the package, it is a bit more expensive but more value for your money as the other brands had so much "straw" like product that they refused to eat. They love this hay and run to the box when we put it in the cage. They seem to be healthy and happy eating this, no issues at all. I will order this again. I ordered a big plastic airtight dog food container to keep it in so it will stay fresh and less mess when taking some out. This will last a long time. I want to keep that freshness.

I really like to be able to get first cutting of hay, I find that it lasts longer and the rabbits seem to also love it. Originally, I was buying oxbow, but I find this one has way less dust and I love that I can just get 1st cutting and nothing else. It also smells really fresh and it always has a beautiful green colour.

This is my second time buying this box of hay, and let me tell you, it is SO worth it! I have two pet bunnies who absolutely refuse to eat regular store-bought hay. I’m not even kidding, I once had to take one of them to the vet because I thought she was sick, only to realize she was just being picky about her hay. 😭😂 But honestly, this hay has been a game changer! It’s super clean, easy to store, doesn’t make my allergies go crazy, and most importantly, my bunnies LOVE it! Even my puppy tries to sneak a few bites whenever I’m refilling their hay box. 😂 And the BEST part? One box lasts my two bunnies FIVE WHOLE MONTHS! When I first told my boyfriend we should invest in it, he thought it was a waste of money. Fast forward a few months, and he randomly asked, “Wait, you haven’t bought hay in a while, have you?” I literally laughed and said, “I TOLD YOU SO!” 😂 It might seem expensive at first, but the quality, convenience, and how long it lasts make it completely worth the money. My bunnies are happy, my allergies are happy, and my wallet is happy! Definitely a 10/10 purchase, and I’ll keep coming back for more! 🐰💗
