why this product wont dissolve in milk? i shake it over 30 second and i can still taste the powder so thick

There’s your problem, shake for 45 seconds. You’re leaving all those reps on the table. Remember, explosive out but a controlled return. 12 shake reps should take you 45 seconds if you’re doing it right. And breath. Contract. Feel the muscles. Quit leaving those reps on the table.

does this have gluten in it

Although it maybe doesn't have gluten, people with gluten sensitivities or Celiac Disease should avoid the enzyme, Casein. I have Celiac Disease and this would "kill" me!

My container did not have a scoop in it. How much powder to I use for a shake?

It's approximately a 1/4 of a cup (not exactly), but I'd bet there's a scoop in the bottom of the container somewhere, they sometimes sink to the bottom of the container... It's placed in these containers by a computer system, not a person so chances of a mistake are minimal.

Does anyone know if this is 100% Micellar?

No, it has calcium caseinate as the second protein source.
