False negatives and false positives are always possible. The probability is the issue. Most gastroenterologists don’t do these tests anymore and don’t trust them. Not reliable. Get a colonoscopy.

Can results change After 7 minutes; I had one line now there are two?

I didn't read about this on the instructions but this is generally why there is a specific amount of time mentioned. Leaving a specimen longer can result in false positives - same as with the Covid tests.

It does not detect prostate cancer. However, it will determine gastrointestinal bleeding/colorectal cancer. -Alfa Scientific

Easy To Use

I spare you the gross details. My next colonoscopy is still several months out and I wanted to put my mind at ease over some side pain that I've been having. The test is easy to use, the instructions are clear and understandable and there's with no undesirable cleanup necessary. The results were negative so I'm feeling less anxious.

I found this test to be very accurate. I actually ordered two of them and the results were the same for both.The directions are very specific so you need to read them carefully before hand and also while actually performing the test.

DON'T BUY !!!!! Appears to be a SHAM product without complete instructions.

I am a physician who purchased this as a quick screen test before a colonoscopy later this year. VERY POOR TEST, NO INSTRUCTIONS as to what to do w/ the sample once in liquid -- you're going to have to GUESS on your own. Only instructions were the weird ones written on the goofy stool collection paper . Because of the weird instructions, this was VERY MESSY (even though I wore gloves). No PDF instructions available on-line after an hour of searching. I strongly recommend you THROW YOUR KIT OUT and demand REFUND. Now I have to return everything that came in the box (even the used cassette, I guess, which is a BIOHAZARD!!!!] in order to get my money refunded. You asked for it AMAZON -- I'll get that expressed back to you shortly....
