I ordered these Jack & Pup bully sticks after reading reviews for them. I have been very impressed and the dogs appear to be as well. The first aspect I will address is value for the money. After going to a local pet supply store where I purchase our dogs' food and seeing that they charge $7.99 for a single 6" bully stick, I needed to look for an alternative. I was purchasing another brand that is cheaper but they are super smelly and after looking more closely, not really bully sticks. It was very misleading. I decided to pay a lot more attention and that's where I found the Jack & Pup brand with great reviews! I have a Golden Retriever and a French Bulldog. Both enjoy bully sticks tremendously. I love that there's not really a scent with this brand's! I've had super stinky ones and whoa... they can clear out a room! As to the longevity of them, it really depends on your dog. My Frenchie enjoys multiple sessions of chewing on them whereas my Golden will have it gone in 30 minutes. I'm not certain how he's doing it but... Basically if you have a super chewer, don't expect that these will last too awfully long. Overall, I think this is a great product for the money. That same store that I mentioned earlier in the review sells 6" bully stick packs for over $60 so saving this much money for a quality product is a bonus to me!

I like these they as are smaller and easier for my 8lb mini poodle to chew on. However, several have what looks like puffed up crispy spots about a third of the length of the chew that easily cracks and flakes off when chewed. They do smell, which our dog seems to enjoy though.

My dog, a 6-year-old golden lab, loves these bully sticks, and they keep him busy longer than most dog chews. Unfortunately for me, my dog is kind of picky about chews and toys, but he's always keen for one of these, so much so that I buy them regularly for him. I've also been impressed with this company. Their bully sticks (I've ordered these, some of the twists, and thinner bully sticks at various points) are reasonably priced and, based on my own anecdotal experiences with these things, somewhat better quality than other bully sticks I've bought for my dog. They're a decent size and thickness, too. I've given these five stars because I've not seen a downside to these bully sticks for my dog. They're "odor free" in that they definitely don't stink as bad as they could, but they're still animal byproducts, so the smell cannot be totally neutral. It doesn't bother me, but a couple of friends have asked about it when they've been around my dog while he's munching on one. Of all the low-key stinky things my dog could chew on, though, these are a favorite in our household.

I spent months and hundreds of dollars to find a consistent 6" Thin bully stick or a senior moderate chewer English bulldog. I bought Cadet 6 inch bully stick for years with no problem. I tried the thin NaturePaws, Gigabit, Cadet, a bunch of Natural Farms gullet and bully sticks but the gullet sticks she devoured, and the other sticks were thinner than a toothpick or just a regular 6 inch bully stick not thin. Like every time before the first few bags were perfect. They were a little bit thinner than a Sharpie and bigger than a pencil. Then I started getting thick 6" bully sticks and I called and reported it because they didn't match the pictures in the description, and $20 for 10, and I'm spending $40+ for 2 bags a week which is pretty expensive for 20 bully sticks, but she likes them. The quality was good at first. No problem with digestion or taste. Then the inconsistency began getting thicker bully sticks what they called thin. I even chopped these a little in the middle. Not all the way through but so I can see it and soaked it in hot water for a few minutes to soften it up. This time on April 16 2026, at 8:35 am central time Illinois. This so-called bully stick broke my English bulldog, upper front K9 tooth and now I have a massive bill for the rest of the tooth is getting pulled out into a softer dog food variety. Spent a lot on this product. I am losing thousands more because of this product. What would you do? Tooth being pulled, no more bully sticks, change dry to wet dog food. They are not THIN in my standards nor the pictures and descriptions do not match the actual sticks you received. I'm looking into law side now since I called Amazon and they offered $5 credit for $600+ inconvenience..
