I've tried similar powders and this mixes better than some and not worse than others. the taste is fairly mild compared to some and it's easy to mix other things in with it. I like it better than the other's I've tried and find it worked better too. the price is more, but given the taste and effectiveness, I don't mind as much having tried some cheaper options.

It took a full four weeks but this stuff has changed my gut health enormously!!! There is some discomfort getting started but then my stomach ached all the time before I used it so whatever! Do not believe the reviews that do not really give the product a proper try. Many people complain about the product but they are really complaining about the price tag. A good evaluation should not include the price tag. When you’ve been given garbage a dr would prescribe that is a bandage and causes so many other long term stomach issues unknowingly. The value in this product solely lies in the outcome when given a fair change. The dislike for the taste or the price tag have nothing to do with how it works. How it works should be most important when “trying” it. Buyer’s remorse in not a fair review on the contents only to use it as an excuse as to why it didn’t work? Give this stuff a real try and see for yourself how effective it is and then the price would not be an issue. I am sold. And I am thankful I am not miserable half the week because of my stomach or bowel issues. Thank you AG1

I just kind of bought this on a whim, so I'm not even sure what all effect it was suppose to have. I figured I probably didn't eat quite enough veggies, and for my entire I've regularly digestive issue after dinner (2-3 times a week). It was more expensive than I wanted it to be, but I figured the per serving cost was worth it for knowing what I was getting and having something backed by at least some data. Well, they can charge me whatever they want now. I'll never stop buying this. I haven't had ANY digestion issues in WEEKS. None. I can't fathom what this stuff is doing to/for me to fix a problem I've had, and been to the doctor for multiple times, my entire life. One of the single most effective products I think I've ever purchased in my almost 40 years. It tastes pretty bad and smells even worse, but it mixes really easy, so I just do the 8 ounces and take it like a shot straight out of the shaker. Hard for me to comment on energy level, because that has never really been an issue for me, but I generally think I feel a little better during the day. I'm also sleeping better, which could mean I'm using more energy during the day. I couldn't be happier. Truly a marvel.

This is a little hard on stomach (for me) and switched over to next gen formula but Can’t go wrong with this product. It does have less prebiotic than next gen. It dissolves and tastes better than Primal but is more expensive than other products. I would add, take (with water) on an empty stomach and wait 30-60 minutes before eating and do not take in/with coffee for best absorption to achieve best results.

I have been wanting to try this for years after hearing Joe Rogan talk about its virtues. I was hesitant because of the price point and frankly, nothing has really ever worked for me from an energy standpoint. Just coffee. I decided to give it a shot. The first 2 times, no real change but then I read that it is best taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Yep, that was the key. I am drinking about 20% of the coffee I used to drink and have a noticeable, immediate energy boost that lasts literally all day. I cannot recommend this product enough especially for people that don't have time to make meals with fresh vegetables (and lots of them) every day.

Tried this product out for a few months and wasn’t worth the hype or cost. This stuff taste really bad and honestly there is a product out there that trumps this. Seed is in pill form and it’s great and the top product on the market currently. Not saying this stuff doesn’t work, but just not worth the cost.

I’ve had two surgeries in less than a year- a few months before the second one, I started using AG1 and I honestly believe it helped me recover better and faster from the second one- although it is very hard to consume when you’re soo nauseous… definitely have to sip it then..
