3C Curls
Excellent for my thick curly hair. I usually style my hair with high heat and a heat protector, but then I have to cut several inches off every few weeks to get rid of the dry ends. These tools did such a great job blowing out my hair and it felt soft after I styled it straight. Usually it feels dry and the ends feel fried. I was able to achieve the same results with much less damage. The handle is light and ergonomic, I have less clutter now because I only use one plugin with the different attachments, and it takes up less space on my vanity counter; it has the little cosmetic bag it comes in to put it all away neatly. I was pleasantly surprised by this.

Want good hair? Invest in good tools. Like this dryer.
It took a remark from my colorist about "bad" hair dryers to shame me into finally replacing my years old Revlon dryer brush. I can't believe it took me this long to realize that in addition to good products, good hair needs a better dryer. I love the attachments on this one. I've used it three times so far - as a regular dryer, with the round brush attachment and with the diffuser. This dryer is easy to use, light weight, and gives me the salon blow-out look without the damage from a hot dryer. There is a bit of a learning curve for me though, as I'm still so used to a lot of heat when drying. My hair is thankful for the change.

Great set, but does it worth the hype?
I am on the fence about this product. I wanted to love it and this is a high regarded brand of hair tools. Unfortunately, I liked it but it did not have a wow factor for me to love it. It is a beutiful looking set and carrying case is wonderful as well. My set has had some weird oily staining through out on the box and inside of the bag on the cardboard. The handle on the main unit is made out of metallic finish and does show fingerprints every time you touch it. The handle is heavier than other hairdryers I have used, which can fatigue your arm faster. The attachments are easy to change. I did not like the blowing attachment-which is a personal opinion. I prefer large rounded opening because I want to dry my hair faster and I am not using a separate brush. I felt it took me longer to dry my hair than with my nice, but no name hairdryer. The smoother did nothing new to my hair, I do have a straight hair. The round brush is very nice, it performed as expected. I am surprised that the set did not include air wrap cones. I would like to see those added. I do not really use diffusers or smoothing brushes because of my hair type. The blow strength and heat work nice and adequate. The price is high for this product, but does it really worth the hype? Ugh, probably not for me. My no name hair dryer set performs just as well, but lighter and slightly smaller and costs maybe $100 less. It is still a very nice set, but there are also other options out there.

Not Really Dual Voltage
I bought this specifically for the dual voltage function for a trip to Europe and used it with a proper converter, but it still shorted out within a few seconds.

Sleek Design, But Underwhelming Performance
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I really wanted to love this multi-styler—it looks sleek, the brand has a solid reputation, and the included carrying case is actually really nice. But after a few uses, I’m just not sold on it.The attachments are easy to swap, which I appreciated, and the round brush works as expected. That said, the overall performance didn’t really wow me. The blow-drying function felt underpowered compared to my regular dryer, and it actually took longer to get my hair dry. I was also hoping the smoothing attachment would give me a bit more polish, but it didn’t do much for my naturally straight hair. The handle is heavier than most, which gets tiring pretty quickly, and the chrome finish looks great out of the box but shows every fingerprint. I also noticed a weird oily residue inside the case and on the packaging—not a dealbreaker, but odd for something at this price point. It’s not a bad tool, just not worth the high price in my opinion. There are other options out there that perform just as well (or better) for a lot less.
