I had portion dividers prior to this but they weren’t as good as this one. The plastic material is firm and very sturdy. It also seems like it will be durable. Now that I’m trying to get fit again I needed a divider that would help me with smaller portions but a section that had bigger greens. It fits on all standard dining plates and there’s clear indicators for each option of food eg protein, veg, etc. I’m also able to see my calorie intake as well.
