Great product

The fan has a premium look and blends well with modern interiors. It operates smoothly and quietly, and the comfort light feature is a nice addition. However, the airflow is not as powerful as my previous 5-blade fan, so the cooling feels slightly less effective. The remote control is convenient, though it takes a little time to get used to. Overall, it’s a stylish and feature-rich fan with decent performance.

Ordered a white fan but received a different color. Packaging was very poor and the product was defective. I struggled for 7–10 days to get it working. Finally, after raising a complaint, a Polycab technician fixed it and made it functional. Very disappointing experience.

I purchased 2 Polycab ceiling fans on 2nd May 2025 from Amazon, expecting decent product quality and reliable after-sales support, but unfortunately, it has been a very frustrating experience. Within just one month, one of the fans stopped working. I initially raised a complaint via email, but received no response at all. I then called customer service and finally got a service engineer visit. He diagnosed it as a motor issue and assured us someone would come the next day to repair it. Shockingly, the same evening I received a message that the service request was closed, citing the product as 'out of warranty' – for a fan that was purchased just a month ago and clearly comes with a 3+1 year warranty. The issue was never resolved, and they closed the complaint without any follow-up. I raised another service request on 10th June 2025, and to date, no engineer has visited, nor have I received any update. Every time I call, I’m told the issue will be resolved within 48 hours, which is clearly not true. This has been a terrible customer service experience, and I’m extremely disappointed in both Polycab for their complete lack of support and Amazon for allowing such unreliable brands on their platform. Customers deserve better. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing Polycab products, especially from sellers who can’t ensure basic post-sales service.

Bought 2 fans (Jan 2025). One was good from the start. The other had some minor issue and was not moving smoothly. of late it started making a lot of noise and wind was also not enough. Polycab service was great. They sent a technician with a new motor and replaced the unit in warranty.
