We Cannot go without. We use this every day.
I love this. I have a special needs cat. She suffered an attack which resulted in an injury to her back and spinal nerves prior to (and resulting in) my adopting her. I actually have come to need to use this along with another product as her back injury maker her inable to control her bowels and also unable to express her bladder. If I do not have her in some kind of diapers, either cloth reuseable (washable) or disposeable (in-between laundry loads, she can go through 4-6 diapers a day on a "typical day"), her beingbin diapers causes her anus to become so raw it bleeds and or gets caked with dried poo and when I clean with eith baby wipes and/ or Duoxo pet wipes, then it can bleed. Some days no diaper but then I clean behind her all through the house. So, having said that, I use Cat Skin Care (a different product- it's thick coat, white in color) cream helps coat her little anus and vagina so when I am expressing her bladder, her urine does not irritate and burn her sensitive and raw (and sometimes bleeding a tiny bit) sensitive parts. I also use it to form a thin barrier on the srea of her tail that pokes out of her diaper hole in the back and on her soft tummy area between her tummy and her legs because even though I make sure to keep 2 to 3 finger spacing for her legs (she is not able to move her tail), those areas Ibhave noticed tend to become raw and painful for her.But I have found I cannot just use that cream. #1. She licks it off the second I let her go on those times I do not put a diaper on her. #2. With the thicker cream, I think it makes her tushy actually stick to the reuseable diaper so when I take the diaper off, she starts to bleed a little. Like ripping a scab off a boo boo....it hurts her and makes the sore bleed. This Silver+ Manuka Repair Cream is worth it's weight in gold here. Not only is it invaluable to help hela so she doesn't bleed as bad nor as often, but also helps to soften any caked on stuff when I am trying to get her washed up. I also love that on times I am letting her dry her little tushy out by going "commando" for a bit, with the way thisnis formulated, it is able to soak in a bit before is actually is able to run off and lick off whatever I actally end up putting on her after I get her all fixed up (xanax given, pooped cleaned off, bladder depressed, both honey salves put on her when applicable, and then new diaper put back on). This is a 1-2 (at times 3) times for depressing her bladder. The xanax helps to relax her bladder muscles but her pee is very acidic and she knows her booty hurts. She also well knows it hurts her real bad for her to pee onto places that hurt. When I am able to use the honey salve to not only coat barrier and to soothe, this allows her to lower her guard, gives her the comfort she needs, and allows me to be able to empty her bladder for her. The Silver รท Manuka Repair Cream helps the situation from getting worse. It might not to curing the problem. Even antibiotic shots from our vet don't cure the problem. This is our life and we do the best we can. She is special needs and this works for us. Both products are invaluable to us.Side note, I also have another cat that is allergic to flea bites. I have him on Revolution Plus but with his skin allergies and such I had to get prescriptions filled for him for topical steroid often (Prednisolone). Since I started buying this for Honey, as soon as I notice Buddy itching and biting his back I put a bit of this on him right away and I also check to make sure the I haven't missed the reapplication dates for their Revolution Plus medications. Since I started putting this on Buddy too, I majorly cut back on needing to give Prednisolone to Buddy. This Cat Skin Care Cream is awesome. Our Vet recommended Manuka honey products to us. This one had the best review in our budget price range that I could find. I highly recommend. We use it ever day for Honey and as needed for Buddy. We have been getting the smaller jar but as finances permit plan to be purchasing the larger jar option(s) as they are better value, obviously lol :).I hope our story was about to help you โค๏ธ

Miracle Cream
I feel like this saved my cats life. He had dry skin for months and would lick himself profusely every time I touched his back. I was out of work with an injury at the time and really couldn't afford a vet visit. I bought this to try it out and it worked wonders. I used this product one time and it was like a miracle balm. A few days later I noticed his coat was smoother and the flakes were gone on his back. As I rubbed my band down his back he nuzzled into instead of his usual overstimulated response of licking. I can now pet my cat as normal again and he's had no further issues. I would give this product a million stars if I could. The best money I've ever spent.

Wonderful for bumps on cats skin
UPDATE May 18, 2026The product is still great, but gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because a few weeks ago, it doubled in price.Earlier this year, I got the largest jar for $25., when I went back to order, it was $50. This is all rounded off numbers.I have used a lot of it on him (small jar plus two large jars in a few months) because of his skin issues. Fortunately, they're clearing up because of supplements I've been giving him, and I don't need so much.I'm looking into other products because of the price skyrocketing. I can afford it, I just don't appreciate it out of principle. This is my original review:I highly recommend this product if your cat has bumps on his skin. Since this wasn't diagnosed by a vet, I don't know the name of his skin condition. He has had bumps around the area where his tail meets his body, one in the middle of his back, and others around his neck.I was using silver gel for a few weeks which almost completely cleared up the ones around his neck. However, the bumps near the base of his tail cleared up some, but not nearly enough. So, I purchased this because another reviewer said it helpedhis/her cat with the same problem after about a week.I've been using it about 5 days and it's dramatically cleared up. The bumps are much smaller.Another cat who is his son, has some bumps as well, although they're not as serious. I have used the product on him and it's also been helping.I started out with a small jar and just ordered the largest jar to make sure I have enough on hand.Thank you so much for a wonderful product!

Seems to help
You get a lot for the price which will last for years. It's creamy and smooth, not sticky, easy to apply on skin irritations and sores. My elderly cat has a major ulcer just above her right eye that she can't seem to conquer. I believe it's either allergies (it itches her greatly) or some type of virus she may've gotten in the shelter where I adopted her when she was 5 months old. They can pick up those viruses when they're around all those other cats in there. This cream seems to help her. When I dab it on she doesn't want to lick it off so I think it's soothing for her and the sore seems to be shrinking some. It has no scent whatsoever. Color is white. Glad I bought it. Hopefully with therapeutic care it will help her more in the long run.

Wish I knew about this sooner
Seems to be soothing the area almost immediately. It is a thick creamy consistency and easy to rub into the area. My cat does not seem to want to lick the area as much after using. She doesn't like stuff rubbed on her but as I rub this she seems to enjoy, which tells me it must be soothing to her. Only been a day but she seems better. It also has no smell.
