This is a very good cover, I used it recently when I travelled for a month. My car is semi covered, and usually will get very dirty when left for a month, plus recently it got a small dent from cars parking next to it. I decided to purchase the cover for protection & I put it on a cleaned car. Due to its colour, the cover doesn’t really show dust. When I took it off after a month, my car was very clean underneath. The cover can be washed by hand in soapy water and although it is a pain due to its size, it can be done. I washed mine in a bathtub and then dried it opened up. Cleaned and folded ready for next use. Overall, I am very happy with this product and I think it’s well worth the cost. I would recommend to anyone wanting to protect their car while they are away traveling.

I was pleasantly surprised at the great quality of this cover. You can tell it has a few layers inside. The soft felt like material inside is gentle on the paint surface. The outer reflective layer does its job. We've had some very hot days the last couple of weeks (well over 100 degrees) plus a few rains. When I take off the cover and open the car it is definitely not as hot inside as you'd expect. It protects my car from dust, is waterproof and reflects UV rays. It even covers the tires. The buckles and straps are not flimsy at all but are actually strong and sewn securely. We had some strong winds during the thunderstorms and it held just fine. The zipper on the drivers side is handy if you need to get inside. I used the chart to find the right cover and it is spot on. It fits perfectly like it was custom made. After a couple days of using it, I found the easiest ways (for me at least) to put on and take off the cover. I can now do either in about 1 MINUTE ..5 days per week when I have my car at work. 1. When you FIRST unpack it: Unfold it then roll it up onto itself (white/underside side showing on the outside) like a taquito from "back" to the "front" where there is a nice little tag that says "front". Leave about 2 feet hanging. 2. Start by standing in front of your car, placing the cover across the hood front and unroll a couple times. Stretch the underside, securing the elastic under your front bumper. 3. From side of car, unroll that side and secure behind the side mirror so it will hold it. 4. Unroll the other side. Place over the side mirror and unroll some more. 5. Place over the side mirror and unroll to the back of your SUV. Unroll other side. 6. Finish unrolling down the back of your SUV and stretch the elastic under your back bumper. 7. Secure the adjustable straps underneath both bumpers To take if OFF....I found most helpful to unbuckle the straps and tuck inside the first "roll", rolling from back to front. These steps keep the plastic buckles and straps from ever hitting your car/paint. Once its rolled to the front, fold in half and in half again. Then its' easy to unroll when you put it on again. Keep in mind that tire shine product may get on the underside of the cover, so make sure when you roll it up put it on the inside. This was definitely a good buy. So glad I chose this one!

Well, I have never had a car shade before. I have a 2016 Nissan Micra 1.5D Tenka. Although the fit isn't snug, I am thrilled with this product. It weathered the storm that hit with zero rain entering my vehicle. Gusts were 101km per hour and the Western Cape suffered great damage bu my car was as dry as a bone. I live in the Caoe Town region.

Bought this to fit on my 1982 Toyota regular cab pick up with a short bed. It works really well and hopefully the video shows the fit on my truck - tried to add a picture of my truck but my review was flagged - perhaps because my license plate was included? So, this review only includes the video. We've had periods of high winds and the three buckle system (I cinched it tighter after the video) does a good job keeping the cover on. I have a grommet maker and can add more grommets, if needed, but there are additional grommets where the buckles are in case you want to add a lock and cable (not included). There are easy instructions on how to create a hole for your antenna but mine was really easy to push down while the cover is one and pull up when I want to use the radio. I placed a soft moving blanket under this cover to help reduce hail damage and will update this review once we get another hail storm as I am hoping this doesn't get shredded. If you have a newer car, you will want to make sure you car is clean and dust free or the cover - even though the bottom layer is a soft cotton like fabric - will scratch your car. That is true of just about any car cover. The instructions state that the seams may leak in heavy rains and you'll want to inspect your car after it rains to ensure there is no build up under the cover. It has rained 3 times since putting on this cover and so far, no leaks. The silver material seems pretty sturdy and good quality and it actually looks pretty good for a car cover, The cover doesn't have specific areas for external side mirror but the mirror didn't get on the way for placing this cover on my pick up. The long side zipper makes it easy to access the driver's side of your vehicle without having to take off the cover - it's a good quality zipper. The car cover feels thicker than a patio furniture cover and it has some weight to it. It's easiest to install during a calm day where winds are minimal and I was able to out this cover on by myself (I am about 5'2 inches and 108 pounds) - it's super easy. This folds up like an extra large tent and a large square storage bag is included. Overall I am likely to order another of these covers for my 2002 Tacoma as it really is doing a good job of protecting my truck against our harsh sun.
