Needed a multi vitamin that helped with performance and recovery for grappling. Stomach took some getting use to the new vitamins. These have been great so far. Just purchased second jar.

As a competitive cyclist, nothing is more defeating than training hard in the winter and getting sick right before big events. I found myself this year getting sicker way more often than usual so my coach introduced me to Multi V. (Knock on wood) I have yet to get sick since. Which is a game changer to training.
