You can never go wrong with Nature Valley products, and blueberry is one of my favorite fruits. 210 calories and 4 grams of protein is a perfect way for a Type 2 diabetic to start the day without having to actually prep a meal. 8 ounces of almond milk to drink as well is only 30 calories and another 1 gram ofprotein. Best breakfast ever ... and a great midday treat!
