Good quality blade
First use of this blade was to rip quite a few long boards. So far so good.

Lost a tooth, happens but still an excellent blade
A tooth became dislodged. Can happen, still a brand of saw blade I love and will continue to buy and use. Should sail through returns, I have already reordered.

CLEAN cut!
I love this blade compared to my old one! (of course... the old one was dull!) Anyway, this cuts so clean it is a pleasure to use. And it's RED!

Sharp
Sharp right out of the package. No vibration. Had no idea how bad my old blade in my miter saw was until I installed this one. Don't know how long it will last, but seems well made, with no noticeable defects.

Very good rip and cross cuts, stays sharp long, don't cost a lot. Perfect blade for a small contructor.
it is my #17 (?) 50 tooth combination blade from Freud in last 8 years. Most of those blades had underwent 7-10 re-sharpening procedures before I was ready to give it to my friends that do framing work with 10-inch miter saw. I have to mention that I hear a lot of positive feed back from framing guys using these blades after it did work on my table saw. :)I am a small home improvement contractor. I make custom cabinets, bookshelves, entry doors and trim. It is not a furniture production business. Sometimes I will not turn my table saw on for several days. However, these Freud 50 tooth combination blades are heavy workers on my 3 HP cabinets saw. Unless I have to rip cut a lot of heavy hardwood I wouldn't remove this blade from my saw and replace it with a rip blade, for the rest of the time this 50 tooth blade from Freud does the most of the job.It rip cuts pretty well on plywood, oak, walnut, pine and maple and it crosscuts very good plywood, oak, walnut, pine and maple. This blade would easily survive after 7-8 re-sharpenings and it will give you very clean cut lines on most of plywood and hardwoods that are commonly used for cabinets and doors production. I am sure that there are more expensive and better blades and probably even fancier. This blade will do the work for me, it doesn't cost a lot and it lasts. Pretty much it is all what I am looking for when I am buying a blade for my table saw.

Great blade as always from Freud
My saw only has one option for the riving knife and that is for full-kerf blades. I have been unable to find a local source for full-kerf blades. I decided to go for the Industrial blade because sometimes the red paint on the other blades rubs off on my project. These are chrome plated and cut perfectly. I'm a hobbyist, and I hate changing my blades, so I use the combo blade for 100% of my rip/crosscuts. No complaints whatsoever.

Six stars
I came from a long history of woodworking but at average I am not a table saw heavy user. For thirty years I have used several brands of saw blades in my table saw, mainly Bosch and Makita. I had used other brands also, including Irwin and DeWalt but all of them were in a lower league than Bosch and Makita...After reading lots of good reviews I decided, finally, try that Freud Pro blade. OMG! This stuff is at a completely different class: I could give six stars to it if possible. It was easy to install, but I had to adjust the riving knife of my table saw as this blade is thicker than the blade I had installed previously so it lost its alignment with the blade change. The cuts are smoother than anything else I had saw at my live, either for solid hard or softwoods, plywood, MDF or melamine laminated. I did not expected so smooth cuts. The humble 2.25 HP motor from my table saw was enough to drive that blade to cut 3 inch height hardwood with no apparent effort. It is a myth that blade is quieter. It is so loud as my previous Makita blade generating almost 85 dB at the saw operator place.I strongly recommend it. Great blade for both ripping and cross cuts for solid lumber plywood. Works great also for MDF and Melamine although I suggest a specific blade for these last materials (I have another Freud blade for them!).

Love it
First off I love the full kerf. This blade is beefy. I was nervous about ripping boards with it in my Rigid R4512 (13 amp) but it cut through 4/4 spalted maple with no burning. If I was going to cut 8/4 or thicker I would definitely change to a thin kerf ripping blade. Cross cuts turned out nicely - i didn't feel any need to shoot my miters after cutting them on the table saw (picture frames). I feel no need to use a different blade for any crosscuts, and I can do most my ripping with this blade as well. Score. As it is, I am perfectly happy with this blade within its capabilities. The final cut is not a true flat bottom even though every fifth tooth is flat. I inspected each tooth upon arrival based on other reviews and will keep my eyes on it.Update: 11/26/2016So I ran about 20 BF of ambrosia maple through this blade today, and put it through its first real test. The stock was first ripped to 1.5", so about 100 LF of stock being ripped for picture frames.Ripping: definitely a slower feed rate than a thin kerf blade, but I did not expect anything else. What was surprising is that there was no burning or blade marks on the stock. A pleasant surprise.Crosscuts: I do all my crosscuts on a table saw sled and this blade performed very well for me. Very sharp and clean crosscuts even with no backer on my molding.

Best quality.
Good 9 inch blades are tough to come by, it’s an odd size. Most “on site saws” are 10” and 12”, which don’t fit my dinosaur 1950’s Beaver table saw. This line of Freud Industrial is as good as you are going to find. The blade plate is a couple notches heavier than the usual off the shelf blades which translates into no blade wobble under stress. The teeth are a real decent size chunk of carbide, a full 1/8” wide, and this should allow you to sharpen it several times more than a typical blade. The carbide is also a harder grade, giving you more cutting between sharpening. The coating on the blade plate does not easily wear off, plus there. Freud does an excellent job placing the teeth at the correct angle to maximize cutting quality even when you push the board through the saw at a fast pace.I’m giving this product 11/10 for value and quality, used for its intended purpose. It’s not intended for chip feee cutting of double sided melamine but meant for ripping plywood, particle board, various hardwood, and such, so if you are considering purchasing this, be mindful of what you are planning to use it for. Freud has many blades that are specific to the desired use, they will have one that will give you excellent results for what you are attempting to do. Also Freud has different production lines, not to be confused with this particular “Industrial” blade that is the center of this review.Bottom line, if you use it as it is intended, you won’t be disappointed. I have a bunch of these Freud blades, super pleased with the product.

Good blade, but does NOT leave a flat bottom cut
So I've been using Freud blades before and have been very happy with them. Needed a full kerf blade with a flat bottom for use in joinery and saw this one on a good deal for $65 so decided to take the plunge.I think the chart of what it's good for describes this blade perfectly - it's fine for just about anything. It leaves a bit of chip-out on plywood and doesn't leave a very nice finish (compared to 80-tooth plywood blade that leaves a finish similar to it having been sanded to 220 grit). The bottom of a non-through cut isn't exactly flat, leaving a bit of a bat-ears shaped cut that needs to be cleaned up. But it's better than the big bat ears left by my other blades. It doesn't leave a perfectly smooth finish when ripping 2x4's lengthwise (or on the end-grain for that matter), which requires more clean-up. Also, ripping 2x4's tripped my 15A breaker when going at a normal pace, so had to really slow it down - something I hadn't had an issue with using my thin-kerf blades. It's a decent blade overall, but it's really not a great blade for any specific task. Kind of wish I'd gone for a few dedicated blades instead.

Excellent blade
Excellent blade. I use it for a few weeks. Does work great in crosscutting hardwood (cherry), plywood. Works also well for small ripping cuts, but for the big ripping job, I would still recommend true ripping blade.Since I installed this combination blade, I never changed it, although I do have crosscutting blade and ripping blade.Woodworking is my hobby. May be professional woodworkers would have more critical opinion.

Quality for dollar value
Very happy with this blade, I have an old Beaver Rockwell saw and quite difficult locally to source 9 inch blades. This one fit the bill for general use at a decent price compared to others I checked on locally and online.
