I have been using this as pre-workout for nearly a year and I'm so impressed! Not only does it make a noticeable difference in energy, but also total performance across my whole work out. More weight, more reps, and longer on the treadmill. It works best for me if I take it about thirty minutes BEFORE my workout, but my husband likes to split the serving in half and take one scoop at the beginning of his routinr and another in the middle. Both of us go for about 1 1/2 max and it lasts till the end for both of us.Finally, the flavors are all delicious. I try a new one every time and I've never been disappointed, but the peach mango has been my favorite. Highly recommend!

Great flavor and gives a boost in the morning as a replacement for coffee. Also does wonders after a night of drinking

This is my second purchase of this Amino Energy. It truly does dissolve easily. The taste of the peach mango tango is good. Not overpowering.

Tried the new Peach Mango Tango flavor of AMI O Energy and it tastes so good! The flavor is super refreshing with the perfect mix of peach and mango without being overly sweet. It gives a nice energy boost without a weird aftertaste. Definitely one of my new favorite flavors and I’ll absolutely be buying it again!

i like using Optimum Nutriton products especially doing keto their ingredients seem to align with low carb zero sugar, the peach ring flavor was a tad bit to sweet for my liking but overall the product works and doesnt give me the jitters but a sustainable amount of energy to get me that extra out of my workouts in the morning even when im not that motivated sometimes it will gradually kick in and get me going full throttle without any bad crash after it wears off. plus the price point is great.

Loves this. It’s good for my mid day workouts. I still can sleep at night and get a quick pick me up before a workout. It also doesn’t give you the jitters.
