Okay, I wasn’t so sure about this before I bought it, but I was interested in seeing if it would work- now I don’t go a day without using it at least 10-15 minutes! Yes, this works for lymphatic drainage. The telltale sign that it does, is that until your body is use to it, you may notice your skin feeling itchy! That is your lymphatic drainage system at work! The rapid movements stimulate nerves, increase blood and lymphatic circulation to the skin! And your body releases a small amount of histamine in response- which makes you feel itchy. Eventually you will build up a tolerance after repeated use! I got my mom using this and she started with 1 minute, then 5, until she built up that tolerance. So start slow and you should be fine- obviously in the rare case that you develop hives or the itching doesn’t seem to lessen with use- then I wouldn’t recommend continuing. After some research, that seems rare. Also- I did NOT buy this for any kind of skin tightening or cellulite reducing reasons- but I swear IT FIRMED MY LEGS?! I had stopped working out for like 6 months prior to buying this and started using this about a week after I got back to a regular workout routine and it was crazy how much quicker my legs seemed to firm. I wasn’t looking for or expecting that result. Just a happy bonus. Another bonus- MUSCLE RECOVERY. Another reason I don’t skip using daily is I feel it keeps my muscles relaxed and I’m not as sore after workouts as I would be if I didn’t use it. Other bonuses: -improved balance -a decent massager (sit down in front and rest your legs on it and ya got a good calf massager!) - Remote included: manually adjustable settings, 5 program options to save settings for next time, time settings, and quick-click buttons of low, medium, and high intensity. Overall, I’d say this is a quality purchase! Drawbacks: - Bulky (it’s a vibration plate though, so what do you expect). -Could be sturdier, but for the price I’m impressed! -Some might say it’s slightly noisy but I don’t think it’s that bad. I usually pop on an audio book/podcast/show and enjoy getting caught up while relaxing!

It’s sturdy and of good quality and it works just fine. But I received a black color not the pink I ordered and absolutely nothing on the machine or the box says AVX just something anonymous. I kept it anyway and used it and it works.

I didn't really know what to expect when I purchased this. I was looking for a way to exercise my muscles without increasing my heart rate too much. I wanted to work on my core and leg muscles and improve my balance. This was a perfect choice for me. It works well and isn't too loud when in use. I use it while watching tv. The preprogramed options are super easy to use. The pre-programed option I have used lasts 10 minutes and has varying speed during that time. I just stood on it and also did a few squats....or at least what I would consider a squat for me and my old knees. :) The circulation in my legs improved during each session. If you have sensitive feet, I wouldn't recommend using it barefoot, I would wear a pair of flip flops or shoes. I did notice that my thigh muscles were sore like I had been doing a major workout after only two days of use. I purchased the plat-pink. It is a nice color, sturdy, and not too heavy. I can move it around the house ok. I found it and the remote easy to use. I am enjoying this purchase,

So far, excellent product. It looks like a well built machine, with quality materials. I just started to use so I can't talk about durability but it looks like it will hold on for a long time. Excellent vibration specs, your body will feel it for sure. I was able to practice some of the excercises as described on the panflet and use the bands as well. Easy to use, does not use up much space, lighweight but sturdy. Overall I do recommend it.

This is a really good quality vibration platform. It’s is sturdy, not too big or too small, a really nice size that will fit most people. It’s easy to use and the settings are big for mature eyes like mine. The only downside of this would be the speed. I am 66, and not able to do anything too strenuous , lots of joint issues, fibromyalgia, etc., so I wish the minimum speed was slower. I would like to just do an easy pace for 20 minutes, just for circulation and I need a slower speed for that. My last vibration platform was noisy, this one is almost silent. That is great, because I always watch TV while doing it. It really helps me wake up in the morning and eases the stiffness I always wake up with. For the price, it’s a nice unit and I would recommend to anyone looking to improve their health and ease pain.
