Heel Cushion Pads - 4D Too Big Shoes Inserts (3 Pairs) High Heel Cushions (Black)

Head and shoulders (or should I say feet and toes!) better than the traditional behind-the-heel inserts. I wear a 10.5 but so few shoe manufacturers seems to make that size anymore so I end up purchasing size 11. This is generally not a problem unless the shoe is a pump. I have doubled-up the foam inserts and still had my heels slip out. I bought these on a whim (thank you to the earlier reviewers!) and couldn't believe the difference. Totally comfortable and absolutely no slippage. I've already ordered my second package and am busy discovering shoes that are "brand new" because I never wore them.

Alot of people mentioned how these are good for shoes that are slightly too big, which is very true. I have VERY narrow feet, so shoes like heels, flats and sandals almost always slip off me. I bought these BECAUSE of the small bumps and the fact that its made of a rubbery texture which will stay in place far better than the foam-material heel inserts.I added these to some slip on sandals, as well as using tongue inserts on top of the inside of the sandal and it was a miracle for my narrow feet. I personally do not experience the indents on my heels that some people showed, they are perfectly fine and comfortable. However, one of the heel inserts adhesive stopped in one of the shoes, maybe because of the suede inside. Either way, I am buying another set because they are effective.

I have size 5 medium width feet, but my heels are a little narrow which means I can't wear slingback shoes. After trying numerous types of pads, I decided these grip the best. Recently, I purchased shoes that are too big in the back (heel), and ended up putting these pads on top of another pad. The previous pads were too smooth and didn't do much. When I stuck these grippy pads to the previous pads, it did help but it does feel a little weird but not bothersome. The pads seem to have a strong sticky backing - so hopefully they hold up well.

I read all the reviews and I can tell you they MUST have been done by the seller! The inserts are terrible. One immediately fell off 5 minutes after I put the shoe one and the other one hurts the back of my heel horribly! very Disappointing and hope you read this BEFORE YOU ORDER, as I am writing this after I opened the package and placed the inserts already so all I can do now is try to help someone else not to get ripped off!

I put these on new pumps, cleaned the shoes (even though they were new( and used a hairdryer and pressure to help adhere. They do peel off even when wearing. However it did help with pumps that I was between sizes. Just had to keep pressing the pads back into place

The best heel inserts I've ever used! They provide comfort and grip. As the seasons change, my shoes fit a little differently, and I noticed my feet were slipping out of flats. I have tried many different heel inserts, and these are amazing! The are comfortable and keep your heels in place.

My actual feet size is between a 5.5 and 6. 5.5 is tight on me and 6 is loose on me, and because there is no 5.75 size, I have to resort to shoe inserts. I had bought some before from different vendors but they weren't as well-made as this one that I received from Bally.

I just started using these today. I had a feeling that I wasnt going to like the because if the design. These are very uncomfortable and as you can see in the picture it sinks into my skin and I can literally feel inserts. Next time just order regular smooth cushions inserts.Update Feb. 13, 2019So, I had to do some adjustments to the heel pads. I guess these are good for shoes that are very loose because I used 1 pair for my converse, which fit really loose and I cant even Feel it there. Also, the company did reach out to me and send me some samples, which I'm very happy because I always find myself buying these every time I buy a pair of flats and I'm very pleased with their assistance. I would buy from this company but the 4D heel pads maybe for real loose shoes.
