Flimsy. They are sturdy to an extent but break down easily.

These are great
These are way better than the traditional paper cones I've been using for years. They take up way less space and you don't have to worry about them being stuck together the way you do with the kind that nest together. If it's super dry out you may need to spritz the end with water to make sure the cotton candy sticks, but that's not too bad.

Sturdy.
We have a cotton candy machine. We only use it at children's birthday parties because we dislike cleaning it. These cotton candy sticks strong and easily disposable. If only we could find a way to clean the machine we would enjoy it more often.
