I bought this as a gift, and the product itself was a huge success. The recipient really liked it, and after checking it out myself, I can see why. The WUBEN G5 packs an impressive number of useful features into a compact package: a reversible pocket clip, magnetic base, rotating LED head, USB-C charging, and RGB lighting that is surprisingly useful for identification and visibility at night. My issue is not with the product, but with the seller (Sinofire US). The listing stated that orders would ship within 2 days, but I placed my order on May 16 and the package was not shipped until May 29. Once USPS received the package, delivery was completed within a few days, so the delay was clearly not caused by the carrier. Before anyone assumes I did not try to resolve the issue, I did attempt to contact the seller. However, the customer service process mainly routed me through automated chatbot responses, and I was not willing to spend additional time navigating a system that seemed designed to discourage direct communication and resolution. I have already submitted separate seller feedback, and I fully expect the response to be that the order was fulfilled by Amazon or another standard corporate explanation that avoids addressing the actual delay. Regardless, the facts remain the same: the advertised handling time did not match what actually happened. WUBEN Store: Ultra-Flexible EDC Mini-Flashlight, 2-400L White LED & 10L RGB LED, USB-C Power Input I saw a video describing this product and showing its operation. After the video, I decided that I had to have one. I received the product yesterday. I was first very impressed with the product’s packaging. I know it sounds ridiculous, but the way the product was packaged was excellent. I get so many items that have their packages absolutely destroyed while in transit. That will not happen with this product. I noted on the outside of the package the following statement: “THIS IS NOT A FLASHLIGHT; THIS IS THE WUBEN ECL.” I noted that “ECL” means “Easy Carry Light”. Next, I was totally impressed with the product itself. It does take a little while to learn how to operate all of its functions, but the time spent is well worth it. One of the reasons I wanted this product, the Wuben G5 is its size; It is quite small. According the product’s Amazon page, the product measures 1.47-inches (37.3mm) wide by 0.59-inches (15.0mm) thick by 2.44-inches (62.0mm) tall and the overall weight is only 52.3g. The Wuben G5 has a sliding control that also covers the USB-C charging port. The sliding control locks the light in the off mode when moved all the way down. When moved up one click, the light may be activated. When moved all the way up, the USB-C charging port may be accessed. When the Wuben G5 is plugged into the USB power source using the supplied charging cord (or another user-supplied charging cord) the charging status is revealed through the RGB LED in the rotating head. Red means the Wuben G5 is being charged and blue indicates that charging is completed. The Wuben G5 has a rotating head that has two LED elements. One is the white LED element that can produce from 2 to 400 Lumens. The second is the RGB LED element that produces a constant 10 Lumens. The rotating head can swivel a total of 180°. The Wuben G5 has a pocket clip that can rotate into three different positions depending upon the current use of the light. The Wuben G5 also has a strong magnet built into the base of the light that will hold the light in any position including sideways and upside-down. The Wuben G5 is supplied with a split ring, a lanyard, and a USB-A to USB-C charging cable. The Wuben G5 has an IP68 rating which is quite impressive. The Wuben G5 has a white LED that is capable of producing from 2 to 400 Lumens and, using the rotary control under the push-button control, the amount of light produced is infinitely adjustable. Using the push-button control, the light produced can be switched to the RGB lamp and using the rotary control the color of the light produced can be varied through the spectrum. When in the white light mode, the light produced can be instantly changed to the full power mode (and back again) using the push-button control. The RGB LED is used to produce the SOS and strobe functions through the use of the push-button control. I very much like this “Easy Carry Light”. It is very small, very light, and very powerful. It has the capability to be used in many ways using the light control, the rotating head, the pocket clip, and the magnet in the base. The product’s Amazon page and the included well-written User Manual both indicate that the white light will last 65 hours in the lowest power mode and 50 minutes when in the highest output mode. Those sources also indicate that it will take 90 minutes (1.5 hours) to fully charge the internal battery. I am very happy with the product and I am considering ordering another one in the Green (Olive Drab) color.

Great little compact rechargable flashlight. Small size with adjustable clip which allows you to wear it on clothes or cap. Built-colored lights and dimmable. Metal case make it quite durable. Very handy. Standard USB-C charging port.

very nice, compact little light. Flexible angle is great. It's not very bright but it's also not very expensive. For the price point and the intended purpose it's bright enough. Lockout button seems pretty secure. One downside is that operation is anything but intuitive, controlled by various combinations of long pressing and double pressing. This makes it easy to end up in the wrong mode, so using it under stress in an emergency could be awkward. Think of it as a nice little EDC light for when you need just a little extra light on the go. The shape is convenient. Flat to fit in a small space, but a rotating head that gives it a lot of angular flexibility. Docking one star for the combination of low light and awkward controls, but you probably won't find a nicer little light for the price.

This is easily one of the coolest everyday carry items I own right now. I picked this up as part of my EDC setup and mobile gear, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. First thing is the size. This thing is really small, about the size of a Zippo or a small AirPods charging case. You can throw it in your pocket, clip it to your gear, or even keep it on a keychain without it getting in the way. It fits perfectly into small EDC pouches or bags, which is exactly what I was looking for. Build quality is excellent. It is all metal construction and feels solid in the hand. It does not feel cheap at all, more like a premium little tool. I am not worried about dropping it or using it regularly for work, camping, or just general everyday carry. One of the best features is how versatile it is. The head of the light rotates so you can angle it depending on what you are working on. The clip also rotates, which makes it easy to mount on a pocket, backpack, or even a hat. I actually clipped it onto the top of a hat for hands free use. It worked, although if you have a thicker brim it might stretch the clip a bit. The magnetic base is strong too. I tested it on my PC case and it held very well on solid steel. That makes it really useful for working on a car, in a garage, or on any metal surface where you need hands free lighting. Brightness is impressive for how small it is. You can adjust it with a scroll wheel, going from very dim to very bright. It also has a lot of different modes including red, blue, green, and multi color flashing modes, which could be useful for visibility or emergency situations. One thing that was a little confusing is that in my testing it only seemed to turn on when the charging port cover was open. That might be some kind of safety feature to prevent it from turning on in your pocket, but I will need to look into that more. Not a huge issue, just something I noticed. It does get a little warm when running, but not enough to be uncomfortable in normal use. I have not done a full battery test yet, but for short to moderate use it seems solid. I love that it's rechargeable and that it's USBC charging. For the price, especially around the $19 range, I do not think the cheaper or generic versions come close to this. I have seen people mention that the knockoffs just do not match the build or performance, and after using this I can see why. Overall this is a very versatile, compact, and well built flashlight that fits perfectly into an everyday carry setup, camping gear, or a mobile work kit. It is one of those items you can carry daily and actually use. TL;DR: Super compact, metal build, very bright for its size, with rotating head, magnetic base, and multiple modes. Perfect for EDC, camping, and hands free work. One of the best small flashlights I have used, especially for the price.

Easy operation, solid build, well designed, and inexpensive. The brightness level is impressive especially for a flashlight this small. I also like the different light modes (especially the RGB lights), they are useful and practical. The advertised run time seemed to be accurate (at lowest level, about 60 + hours). Charging is fast and run time is great. The battery life is impressive. I sometimes use this light (at the lowest brightness) as a night light when camping. I'm able to run it a few nights as a night light without needing to recharge it. This is definitely one of the best Chinese made flashlight in this price range ($20+). This light is perfect as a backup EDC light. Highly recommended.

Had this light for a couple years. Nothing but good things to say about it. It’s been through the washing machine, I lost it for a week in the yard and found it with the lawn mower still worked, dropped it in the river and recovered it with a piece of metal tied to a string, still worked, but today it failed. I had it stuck to a beam while I was using a strong arm socket and ratchet and the socket slipped and smashed into the light. The light still works but the swivel broke. As soon as I was able to, I came here to buy another and write this review. If you need a handy light, just buy this one. It’s bright, dimmable, has a pocket clip, a magnet on bottom, usbc rechargeable, water proof, what else do you need.

I bought this for one purpose that it didn't fit. But in working with it realized this handles many other function exceptionally well! Bought four. Two as gifts for other outdoors lovers. It's rugged, light, reliable and multi-function. Best part is it is small and you don't feel it in your pocket. I use it hunting, the red light and green light are perfect for moving around in the dark. Then I keep it handy in my pocket when I'm working on things that might need a little light assistance like oil checks on vehicles at night with the magnet base that you can stick on any metal. It is invaluable for moving around in the dark at campsites, even moving through the house at night when I don't want to turn lights on. The high beam is pretty impressive too. Now if you are an outdoorsman, hiker or camper I suggest one thing - get it in white. I got it in green, you know- green equals camo. That was a mistake. Green is hard to see in a field of green if you drop it or leave it somewhere.

J’ai acheté la lampe Wuben G5 et j’en suis vraiment très satisfait. 🔦 La lampe est bien fabriquée, solide et inspire confiance dès la prise en main. Son format compact est un vrai avantage : elle se transporte facilement dans une poche, un sac ou accrochée à un porte-clés, ce qui permet de l’avoir toujours sur soi. Un de ses gros points forts est sa tête rotative. C’est un véritable atout, car cela permet d’orienter la lumière dans toutes les directions, selon les besoins. Que ce soit pour éclairer un espace précis, travailler les mains libres ou diriger la lumière exactement là où on le souhaite, c’est extrêmement pratique. Malgré sa petite taille, l’éclairage est très efficace : elle éclaire bien, avec une lumière claire et homogène. Elle est parfaite pour un usage quotidien, les sorties, le bricolage ou les situations d’appoint.
