A little surprised at the quality of the outer packaging as used by the seller - the 3 polypropylene bands were all extremely loose, and certainly not the most robust cardboard outer box I've received. So I was more than a little nervous to open the packaging, expecting to find thousands of shards of broken glass. But, to my great surprise, the manufacturers packing, supported by the fairly limited sellers packing had succeeded in thwarting the delivery drivers attempts to destroy the package/contents and I now have 12 very good, everyday, rugged highball glasses - exactly as described and anticipated, representing very good value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

These glasses look and feel really good. Then you use them and find that they will break at the slightest knock, normally during the washing up. Do not clink glasses for a toast or even knock one over as they will break. These glasses break into nasty sharp shards. Would not recommend buying these at all.

Looks great, very sturdy, feels and looks expensive, price is amazing for 12. No complaints :).

Needed glasses for a big party and it was cheaper to buy 4 boxes of these glasses (than hire them with the wine glasses). They work for beer, juice and I guess G&T. Sturdy without being chunky. And good boxes to store them in afterwards. I'm sure we'll find use for all these another time.I can recommend them.

Great value for money. Look great and are misleadingly bigger than you first expect. The glass is quite thin near the rim so may not last as long as other glasses on the market, but can't fault the quality.

It is now 9 days since I ordered this product and I have no idea where it is. To say this is appalling is an under-statement.

These glasses are almost identical to some I bought 10 years ago from Italy. I need glasses to be sturdy, but not too heavy as my wrists are weak. These are ideal. Dishwasher proof too

Arrived next day very well packed as discribed not used yet but look ok very good price not the end of the world if you break them
