Seemed too big to me

This is a handy tool, but the one I purchased is too big for most uses. Totally my fault, but I should have picked out a much smaller one. Having said that, it did come in handy for a 15lb brisket I smoked a few weeks ago. This particular one is too large for steaks, chicken, etc.
