The service was great, it arrived on our scheduled time. The packaging was very good. Regarding the tenderloin, I cooked Sous Vide which always makes the meat very tender. So I am not sure what this cut would cook like on the grill. With the sous vide method it was very very good. No fat at all. One of the most lean cuts that I have had. The only negative is that the steaks are smaller than they look on the Amazon website. Beware that these are two 5oz filets. Totaling 10oz, so the description is correct, but easily confused.The meat itself is delicious, tender, and flavorful. I cooked them perfectly medium rare sous vide and finished on the grill. As is the nature of tenderloin/filet minon, there is almost no fat and not much juice to drip out, and should be cooked carefully.
