7 to 1 = 1 revolution of the handle equals 7 turns of the spool. Inches of line per turn depends on how much line is on your reel.

how much 10 lb Tess line will the spool hold?

It has a rating of 11lbs/120yds, so you should be able to get 120-125yds of 10lb of test on your spool. I would probably keep it around 120yds for cast ability.
