Plug gets hot
It’s pretty good but there are a few things I don’t like. Plug gets really hot when it has been plugged in for just a few minutes. The face wrap doesn’t get warm enough for me. And it is getting very dirty very fast. Definitely not washable. It is helpful with tmj issues so fairly happy with it but wouldn’t buy this one again.

Excellent product! I only gave 4 stars because the material is on the lighter side so I'm not sure how long it will last. But so far it works really well. I have tooth extraction and implants and this has been a blessing for me. It's soothing and relaxing to wear.. you can adjust the strap to for your head. I just lay down and let it do its thing. It really helps with the soreness and pain. The surgeon wanted me to apply heat therapy on day 3/4 after the procedures.
