Great Cookies

Love these cookies! I put them in the freezer which seems to make them more tasty and less crumbly, not that they are too crumbly to begin with. The substantial metal tin keeps them safe for shipping and I have never recv'd. any broken cookies. It is a bonus that can be used for whatever. I re-cycle it because they begin to pile up after several orders. I wish they would ship in a box but then there might be broken cookies.

Not the best.

Taste of the cookies was just OK. Very buttery, too much so (Ghee?). The tin seemed just a little flimsier than others, and was sealed with a hard to remove ordinary piece of tape that left a sticky residue. I wish I had ready the ingredients and name (Danish STYLE) more carefully.
