Bought these to use as decorations on sugar paste and wafer paper flowers. They are an ideal size for the centres of the flowers and they can be painted with edible paints any colour to match your colour scheme. Bought this to make a geode cake for a birthday. Used 1 1/2 packets on a 2 tier cake. Left some cubes whole and broke up some others. Pretty tasteless but totally edible.

This is what you are looking for if trying to create a geode cake.just the right size crystals. Really good price and the delivery was even quicker than stated. They just taste like a boiled sweet with no extra flavour added , so sugar really.

I bought this to use as ice on a cake. I was hoping for it to be a little bigger as the Q&A's stated 1-2cm. Nothing was larger than 1cm however. It needed two bags for this cake. It's pretty tasteless as expected, but isn't as rock solid as hard candy. More of a really compact sugar cube that requires a crunch but then disintegrates easily. Would recommend for anyone wanting this effect as the gelatine option can be rather unpredictable!
