Just checked our bottle in the fridge, no expiration date, just refrigerate after opening, shake before serving because it separates after awhile. Its a salt water brine. And makes awesome dirty martinis.

Yes, that's normal. It happens with most olive brines. It can happen if the top isn't completely closed after opening the bottle.
