Wouldn’t read any SIM card.
I ordered this a few months ago. Even though it said it was a previous Verizon phone, it was unlocked and would take any SIM card. It didn’t work for the first SIM card I tried. Meanwhile, my friend got a new phone from a friend and I set it aside. Well that phone broke, so I specifically got a Verizon SIM card through Tracfone. I just went to try that today, and that too didn’t work. So now I have a totally useless phone. I guess I can hang onto it at home as an emergency phone. I heard that any phone, even without a SIM card, will still call 911. But my friend is still without a phone so I’m a little upset.

Dont buy on amazon I had to many problems
When I put it down on the table its shouting off very long to turn on and it takes 15 min, to open any apps

This phone is a piece of crap!!!! Great it's 4g but other than that, I prefer my old razor to this. It's slow, the UI is kinda slow and not user friendly.

What a piece of junk
Speaker was blown and the phone wouldn't connect to the web. It was useless. Now I have to pay the shipping to return it. What a joke.

Worst purchase I have ever made. The phone didn't function properly,I couldn't receive e-mail messages. I am glad I got rid of it
