I've used other big brands for antacids and this one has clean ingredients and tastes great. I only need to take one and my heartburn is non existent. I literally have heartburn nearly every night and this provides so much relief without all the terrible ingredients.

I bought these because they're chemical free and dye free. The flavor is way better than Tums it reminds me of icee drinks from back in the day the blue and red combo. They're really good, besides that they really really work. I take 3 and I'm good for hours. Thank you for making healthy medicine that actually works.

I bought these to help with acid reflux when I was pregnant. They did provide fast relief, but it did not last for long. I have not tried them when not pregnant, so they could have a longer lasting effect. They dont taste bad and are just a bit chalky. I do like that they have better ingredients then other products. I did have to switch to pepsid though by the end of my pregnancy. Will definitely buy these again for milk acid reflux.

Worked great and relieving my acid reflux after eating something that affected me so badly. I live the natural ingredients and it's not too chalky and nice flavor. Glad I tried them!

In response to negative reviews about the flavor, Genexa recently made some product updates. I first ordered this in July 2025 and the taste was so-so. I reordered in November of 2025 surprised to see a change in shape, taste, and texture. These aren’t supposed to be candy, but the taste is a bit better now. I never had major complaints with the first bottle, though. Also, they are now less chalky, so that’s a plus. As far as effectiveness goes, I have been very pleased! I’ve struggled with acid reflux increasingly in the latter half of my pregnancy and these antacids have been a lifesaver (effectiveness has not changed with the update)! I particularly struggled with being woken in the middle of the night by painful acid reflux. A great fix/preventative step for me is to take one tablet right before bed and I haven’t been woken by pain since!

It works but not sure if it’s supposed to have a mildew taste to it. Other than that it works like a champ.

Favorite antacid for pregnancy heartburn. I’m a huge fan of these not having all of the terrible ingredients like some other brands. These are definitely worth the price IMO.
